unrealible and pathetic Mr Price Sport Online service
You guys dont even deserve a rating , I have ordered stuff online and i was given a date when the delivery will be made ...too good to be true. I stay the whole day at home waiting for the parcel . I called aroud 15:30 to check status of the delivery i was only told they escalated .I receive an email 16:10 that the delivery has been re-scheduled, this is the worst customer experience ever ,i must ask someone to stay home and guard the courier guys for delivery...Please do better my time is precious too..respect that

Sunlight green bar now is packet of crumps
I am very disappointed about the zero quality of our beloved Sunlight green bar soap , you use it once and it crack or worse breaks into pieces. Why are you sell8ng us **** after so many years of quality, is that what our loyalty is worth, cracking bar soap? Pleade do better ,this is very disgusting to say the least

Bad connection
pathetic service i am getting , i have 7 days with inttermittent to no connection , they keep blaming Telkom i cant even complain to telkom either i am refered back to Axxess their online agent agents are not helpful ...one cannot even get feedback on tickets logged....whole service is frustrating and not worthy of calling it a service provider ....stress providers they are ...pathetic service indeed Ticket ;9600253

Makro Online order nighmare
I have been having 2 issues with 2 online orders withpiut any luck . One of the orders i was told it was delivered but i have never received anything or any order 2 order i returned a Faulty electronic Item i have been told it will be replced but nothing is happening ....is been a week now battling with this . the level of service i am getting is really pathetic , to have such coming from such a big brand.....

Axxess & Telkom **** service
Horrible service I am getting from both ISP, I have been complaining about poor connection for 2 weeks now they not attending to it , I have spoken to +5 useless agents from Axxess telling me **** stories .non of them cannot even even ask their senior supervisor to call me. Horrible AXXESS and their service
Pathetic service I am getting from Axxess with their useless agents giving me useless feedback and empty promises. I have been been escalating for past 2 weeks with no joy at all . M struggling with connection they are blaming Telkom and I cannot speak to telkom myself this is just a messy go round. Horrible service by AXXESS
I have been given the most horrible service by support agents, they dont even read or check the attachment send to them when one has connection issue , theirs is to keep asking for what you have submitted already. i regret using them as service provider they are really horrible together with Telkom . their agents are like robot they tell you one thing the whole time you the chat without solution....i wont recommend this to anyone......

I cannot make Calls
I am not happy at all with MTN, all i asked for when i called was to make my number visible to the recipient when i call them as it shows Unknown number to them. they said to me it was done i must switch Phone for 5 minutes it will be fine... Now i am stuck with egg on my face nothing is working . I cannot make phone calls using my number ...even 135 or 136 , or any number for that matter i have been baldly inconvenienced by this . i need it sorted urgently 0657280731
