The worst internet service provider. No internet connection for days and yet we still paying!
If you’re looking for a place. Do not choose anything that has to do with this useless company. You get billed incorrectly. Visitors are limited. Each and every month we spend a week without electricity and yet we pay premium prices and there is no communication from property managers. Security is unprofessional and some men of these guards ***** peoples items. Generators are non existent and elevators are old. If you value your money, peace and sanity. DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY BUILDING OWNED BY UTF. No Customer service as well. This is the pits!
On 20 March 2024. I had *****ulent transactions taking place on my credit which I was not aware of. I stopped the card and reported the matter to the local branch who then escalated the matter to their forensics department within resulted in the investigation being rejected. Why would *****ulent transactions take place whilst the card was in the presence of the owner and the transaction references as well as time stamps show that these transactions took place in Witbank whereas I was in Johannesburg. The investigating officer blatantly said he’ll decline my request and I feel like this is unfair because the evidence is there and the investigator is ***********. As a result I suffered a huge financial loss. How can my money be safe in African Bank if money leaves my account and they can't flag *****ulent transactions nor even alert me about *****ulent transactions. I disputed the transactions based on merit. African Bank should refund me those funds.
