I have been a customer of MiWay for a few years now and have generally had pretty good experiences with them. Affordable premiums, acceptable excess and generally good customer service. Until now. I received my latest policy changes documentation only to find that 1. They made an error on the base premium on which they base the new premium. And 2) My new premium reflects a 30% increase in one calendar year. I contacted their retention department only to be told that there is nothing they could do and that I just had to stomach the increase. Disgraceful and disgusting given the economic climate to enforce that kind of increase. They should be ashamed.
I joined Rain in early March 2022, but was plagued with the line constantly dropping and poor internet speeds. The support was so slow to attend to my support tickets so I decided to cancel my service by the end of the month. I used their cancellation process on their web platform and also told the customer service agent once they had finally got back to me about the speeds that I had cancelled. I was told that Rain would contact me to arrange collection of the router. To date I have not received a call or any correspondence to arrange collection. My account was debited for the service again in April and May even though I had cancelled. I emailed Rain support on the 1st of May to enquire and resolve the issue, but my correspondence to them has been ignored. I have yet again emailed customer support on the 1st of June having being billed again. I am at my wits end have no other option but to resolve the dispute via the ombudsman.
My review of Appliance House was deleted from their page without an explanation. It seems that Hello Peter doesn't want customers to know the truth about them and their business practices.
Don't go near Appliance House, I purchased an AEG stove on the 21st of November and have yet to receive my stove. They have communicated delay upon delay with no evidence that they will deliver my stove to me even though I have offered to collect. Judging by the service I have received and the reviews here, I don't think they are a legitimate retailer.
Purchased an AEG stove from Appliance House and sent electronic payment. They have yet to deliver the stove and keep giving me the run around with delay upon delay. I have investigated them and they do not have any accounts with any of the electronic/appliance brands they supposedly sell on their website. They are a scam and are committing fraud - STAY AWAY!
