I was paying for vitality for a whole year without myconsent. When I called and cancelled they sent me the cancelation letter and said that a refund will be processed. However since that day I have not been able to reach anyone I have been passed through from one department to another. How is there not a single person that can assist? Is discovery run by telephone prompts?? I am waiting to be contacted!!!!! Terrible service!
Absolutely pathetic service..waited 5 months after we had paid..for them to come and do installation! Now waiting over 48 hours for a password!!! What they didn't forget was to make sure they sent me billing information! Call centre permanently rings! No answer terrible service!
Ordered sushi for delivery and had issue with the food..I called the customer service who informed the restaurant and a lady by the name of Buyi got intouch with me..absolutely sweet and helpful..she proceeded to send the manager ( Philani) to fetch the wrong order and it was replaced with a correct order and we were given a second portion free of charge..her customer interaction was warm and reassuring..would highly recommend the restaurant..
Was helped by a consultant Chad who was absolutely helpful and friendly..he treated the call as though it were he's personal pet. Fantastic person.
