Chicken Licken Silverton,gave me rotten mini rolls and the manager didn't even care, his attitude sucks aswell, and he's so indecisive, he couldn't handle such a small issue but made sure I leave their store even more upset😔
We bought a TV set on the 15 Dec 2024 and also paying an insurance monthly of about R360. The TV remote stopped working we then took it back to the store and we were told that they will take it for repairs.Today the lady by the name of Refilwe from the store called and told us to pay R599 for the remote as the remote is not part of TV set, according to them, Now my question is how can we buy a TV that is controlled by the remote, if the very remote is not part of the the TV set? Now we can't even operate that smart TV without the remote and what is worse it's the first time we hear of all this things today.Please assist or they can take their TV set and give us our money.
I would to compliment the nurses and doctors, they are so passionate about their job unlike other public institutions their professionalism is out of this world, they way they speak and address people and patients❤️for the 1st time I experience such humanity in a public institution,whatever the clinic manager and the team is doing is working.
I bought a car bumper for R700 after I had an accident, only to find out that it's the wrong one, went back for exchange they did not have what I wanted, and was promised a refund, that was a month ago, since then they've been sending me from pillar to post I had to use fuel to go there every second day, until yesterday when I told them I'm taking the matter further. Today they sent me R540 instead of R700 and when I query that they telling me that they took the service fees of which I am starting to of it today. B+D auto body spares is a ****!!!!
I put in a claim on my funeral cover with them in April 2018,till today only part of the claim was paid.old mutual is sending me from pillar to post though according to the information that I was given when opening a policy with them I have submitted everything that was needed.now they tell me that I must submit a post moterm report which I was never told of when opening a policy that should there be an accidental death they gonna want it.I feel that I was mislead or misinformed as a client and that is not on .They must be truthful about the information they give us as clients that are paying our hard earned money hoping that old mutual will help us in times of need.I am now busy spreading the word about the poor service and dishonesty of the employees of this company.I am also cancelling all my policies with them,as they have clearly shown me that I'm not that valuable to them,especially at the time when I needed them the most.Bye old mutual you have lost a client and I promise more will follow starting with my family,friends and colleagues.
