If there was a no stars for service I would have given it. Bought a car in November 2021,problems since day 1! The Sales Manager does not know how to talk to a woman and their overall after service is just ****!!! Very quick to sell you something but when it comes to after sales they can't fulfill their promises.
For the past few months I’ve been harassed by the Foschini call centre. They have the wrong contact details for one of their Markham’s customers,I keep telling the consultant that they have the wrong details but they just phone again. I’ve had enough of this,I’ve even phoned the Call Centre and explained the whole situation. The fact that you are sending me confidential account information is truly unprofessional and also shows how “excellent” your service is if you can’t even get the correct information from a loyal client...if this person only knew that you are sending his financial account details to a stranger. One consultant even said “this is not our fault.” If you don’t stop the harassment I will be taking further steps against The Foschini Group
