It does not last at all. It smells good but it does not even last an hour
I have been with Dot sure for 5 years, my second vehicle is insured with them. They never fail to deliver and no one has been able to beat my premium to date. I would like to mention Saarrah Abdurahman, fortunate enough that she always answers my calls. Saarrah is professional and is an asset to Dot sure, keep it up ! Regards Anastachia
So Telkom contacted me after the previous review and and rescheduled the technician to come through but he still did not! The call center agent advised that her system shows that he is at my place... This is so frustrating. The only way to get through to them is the ombudsman
This is my second bad experience with Telkom. I have applied for ADSL two weeks ago. I advised the consultant that I won't be home but someone will always be there for the installation. The technician went through and saw that the air vents needed to be drilled and conveniently moved the appointment to a Saturday. No one has come through, when I called the call center and spoke to Nozipho, she advised that none of the technicians work on a Saturday, just imagine!!! Nozipho advised that she will forward my details to management... Let's see if anyone resolves this. The last time I had to pay for a phone but wait two months to receive the handset.
Excellent service received from Saarrah Abdurahman. She made the process seamless switching my insurance over to my new car. Always replies promptly to emails or request. Willing to assist at anytime. Dotsure keep it up
Had a cell phone contract about 6 years ago, went into store to settle the balance due and cancelled contract. Last year cell c listed an adverse on my name and I have never been informed that there was an amount outstanding and my personal email address has remained the same for them to get in contact. I only found out about the adverse as I work for a bank. This is affecting me negatively especially at work. I tried calling the call centre, they referred to their attorneys. I called the attorneys twice and in store and they say they have no records of this. This is becoming so frustrating as it is something that is not getting resolved.
Applied for a telkom cellphone contract on black friday. Consultant advised over the phone that I will be debited the following monday and device will be delivered two days later. They debited my account with an additional pro rata fee. I waited but no device has been delivered, they haven't even contacted me. I got through to sales after 8 minutes for a consultant Nosiphiwo to tell me they do not have stock and does not know when they will have!can you believe a product is sold without sufficient stock? I sent numerous emails and no one responds
