Sick for days after consuming their tasteless, poor prepared effort. The dunked wings look like they came from a small bird and burned like hell. The 8 piece family treat pieces of chicken was undercooked and the coating horrible!! I will never support KFC Celtis Ridge again

Letter to Truworths Collections Department: A payment of R250 was made on 07 June 2024. I explained to your agents on numerous occasions that I am going through a bad month and that I will settle the outstanding amount as soon as I get paid. My son gets paid weekly but unfortunately, his employer also ran into financial difficulty and could not pay him for the past 2 weekends. At the moment I am off sick and really don't appreciate all these harassment phone calls and emails daily! You are the worst bunch of people working for this company. You have no compassion and understanding for your customers. This is the first time that my account runs into "arrears" whilst I am still trying to put in an effort to pay. I made a payment or R250 on the 7th of June! I will definitely not support Truworths any longer after this account has been settled. So please, this is my final reply to you and an explanation that I don't have the money at present but will pay at the end of this month. Stop treating all customers as ********s. This is a true reflection of the kind of people trained working for you. Very annoyed and upset!!! :( :( :(
It is the 3rd time where I bought vouchers via my bank accounr and habe to for days before it is allocated to my account. They keep on telling me that it will take 24 to 48 hrs to resolve. It is now 4 days that I am waiting. Precvious time, I waited a whole week.. Absolutely pathetic!
Fasta is very convenient and easy to access and providing financial assistance instantly. They must just remove the early settlement option as it is very confusing to their clients. Once a Debicheck has been approved on your banking app, it cannot be cancelled. Even if you settle the loan earlier, the debit order will still continue as instituted. Fasta refunded my early settlement within 24 hours. Important to contact them during office hours for speedy repsonse. Thank you Fasta!
I settled my FASTA Loan earlier and a payment wS deducted from my bank account. I tried contacting FASTA on numerous occasions but my contact support ticket is automatically closed. The tekjephone numbers also switch automatically to number not available. Why do they offer the option to settle the loan early if they are not willing to consolidate the account. How do I stop the Debicheck from being deducted from my account at the end of the month? Will I be refunded with the early settlement amount?
