The network uptime is poor. Their connection goes down at least 4 times a month. They also engage in anti competitive behavior, whereby they become the exclusive FNO in a complex.
I begged Utilities Connected to link me on their new app for 2 weeks. The call center agents keep telling you that you will be communicated with, and no one ever tells you want is going on. Once they moved to the new platform, like in the famous Dark Knight movie, they set fire to whatever money was left in the account. Then they had the audacity to cut the electricity off. You phone and ask whats going on, and the reply is "They are busy transferring the balance"
Ive been waiting 10 days for my delivery. Tracking says that it is with the courier, courier says that they never received it! No one picks up the customer support line. Ive wasted more money in airtime then I saved buying from this place. Will never ever buy from Hi-Fi corp again!
