Pathetic service
If I could give no stars I would. They are saying I used R600 electricity in 2 days. When you try to phone them their phones don’t work. They tel me my meter is in negative but they won’t give me a copy of my monthly statement. I put in R3300 only to receive an sms to say I was credited with R2600. I do not recommend this company at all.

Pathetic service

Worst prepaid provider ever
Terrible service, they are mixing up accounts with mine, my app shows a positive balance and they disconnected my power. I have a baby, I can’t get through to them on the phone. They have this useless watsaap chat I am on it with them for 3 hours no solutions. Mr Carlos 54 sleepy gables. Edenburg

Pathetic Service and customer service
The worst service ever, firstly we got disconnected from our lights we had 40 units when we we’re reconnected on the same day the units was 0 they told us that it was our problem we used up our units, then again we put more in and they tell us about a fixed charge in which we had to pay for without any notice of, these people are a complete ******* and I hope someone sues them

Extremely poor service.
I begged Utilities Connected to link me on their new app for 2 weeks. The call center agents keep telling you that you will be communicated with, and no one ever tells you want is going on. Once they moved to the new platform, like in the famous Dark Knight movie, they set fire to whatever money was left in the account. Then they had the audacity to cut the electricity off. You phone and ask whats going on, and the reply is "They are busy transferring the balance"

Received help
I wrote a review a week ago which has since disappeared. I bought electricity online which did not reflect, after communicating with utilities via they responded in saying that they could not help me. After posting my review on this platform I received a call and they were able to help me and the electricity I bought was reflecting.

Electricity scam
This company is a scam. The usage is not updates and the next thing in the oddest hours of the night your electricity is disconnected. I loaded R600 today and I'm still without electricity. I have a kid and have to go to work.my power was off most of the day because of load shedding what scam are you guys running

Scammers
I bought electricity online but it did not reflect. I called to notify them that electricity does not appear. They said I should send screenshot of the transaction & send it to WhatsApp. I did as such only to find out that they don’t want screenshots only pdf POP is allowed , I tried to get POP but Capitec does not have POP for online purchases. I sent them the bank statement & explained that capitec does not have PDF POP for online purchases hence I sent them the bank statement. They brushed me off and told me sorry we can’t help you. These people are scammers plan & simple.
