If you want to buy a property make sure the managing agent is not astrodon. I have been enquring about a query regarding payments I made since last year which they have not resolved and they do not even reply to emails. I had to report them to the Ombudsman and waiting for my case to be attended too, if this means I must open a ***** case I am going to do so. My statement just has monies I do not know of. I am tired and drained by this company I will leave it in the hands of the law now. They are rude and bullies.
I bought a geyser online on the 27th Jan 2023. I used the click and collect service. I received an email with my order number. The website says the click & collect service takes 2 hours for the product to be ready, 1st mistake I made was expecting an email notifying me that the product is ready for collection, no email received. I later call the store requesting a quote for delivery seeing that I won’t be able to collect. I am still waiting for the email……… On Sunday 29th Jan I decided to fetch as no quote has been received. I collected the item. Monday when the plumber was about to install the geyser we find out there are missing parts, I call the store to notify them. The lady is not sure and asked to call me back to find out. She calls me back a few hours later to say that the wrong geyser was given to me and new one will be delivered the next day (Tuesday). No apologies, no communication until I decide to call on Thursday. I’m angry at this point as there has been no communication with regards to my delivery. I have been inconvenienced for 3 days now as the old geyser has been removed. A lady answers the phone and asks me to hold while she looks for the manager to find out what is happening 5 mins holding they say the person is on lunch but will be back soon & requests to call me after 10 minutes. 2 hours later I get a call that my geyser was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday but they don’t know what happened. The geyser will be delivered tomorrow. I tell the lady that I’m really tired of chasing them around it’s been a week and I have not received any communication or even an apology from them. I tell her I want the geyser delivered today ( Thursday) and put the phone down. I have have still not received any communication. I’m really angry and inconvenienced by all of this. It’s the 3rd Feb and have not received any response from them.
I wrote a review a week ago which has since disappeared. I bought electricity online which did not reflect, after communicating with utilities via they responded in saying that they could not help me. After posting my review on this platform I received a call and they were able to help me and the electricity I bought was reflecting.
I bought electricity online but it did not reflect. I called to notify them that electricity does not appear. They said I should send screenshot of the transaction & send it to WhatsApp. I did as such only to find out that they don’t want screenshots only pdf POP is allowed , I tried to get POP but Capitec does not have POP for online purchases. I sent them the bank statement & explained that capitec does not have PDF POP for online purchases hence I sent them the bank statement. They brushed me off and told me sorry we can’t help you. These people are scammers plan & simple.
Bad service, they not willing to help. Wouldn’t advise any complex to use them. My story is too long & frustrating. They just need to be blacklisted. They don’t reply to emails and choose phone calls they want to take.
<p>My data and airtime has been disappearing from Sunday, the same thing happened on Monday and I decided to call MTN Contract (my phone is on a top up contract), they then told me it was because I was on the internet which I was not or my applications where upgrading automatically which is not true, they then told me to go to my data usage and switch off the automatic upgrade, I then told the lady that my phone doesn't have that option and asked her where I could find it, she then told me she will transfer my call to the technical team as she does not know where she can find this on the iPhone 6, while on hold waiting to be transfered the line was cut. I then call the second time spoke to a different lady who told me the same thing and I requested that I get a quotation on how much it would cost to cancell my contract it's been two days and still nothing, I also requested to be transfered to a technically team personnal who would be able to help me which in response they told me they would request someone to call me, which also has not happened. This morning I bought airtime again and its disappered again and all my apps where closed and internet, I am tired of MTN with it ridiculous network and airtime and data disappering. I wouldn't advise anyone to use MTN. I have been a loyal MTN customer but I guess its time to move on.</p>
I got the best service from Thabang, wanted to cancel my insurance because of the price inflation but he was able to give me a better offer. Thanks to Thabang, Miway needs more people like you.
