Tell me why do you have 5 dirrent collection companies contacting me , now I settled using tje fiest one yet your other 4 are still calling me and my next of kin. Get your ducks in a row this is annoying now.
This company has been debiting as per agreement , however i dont work anymore they got their money with some interest they are not willing to assist eith a discount to settle this account. The money i paid to this company could have gotten me a house .thier montly interest is pure daylight roberry. Save yourself the depression and NEVER go to imas for finance.
This company is a scam. The usage is not updates and the next thing in the oddest hours of the night your electricity is disconnected. I loaded R600 today and I'm still without electricity. I have a kid and have to go to work.my power was off most of the day because of load shedding what scam are you guys running
I have a Layby with this shop in festival mall, paid half of the amount for my sons sneakers, he saw something else he likes online we got that instead and every time we try to cancel this layby we told that the till does not have a lousy R600. I don't know if this is a tactic to keep the sale or just plain disrespect. the inconvenience of going to this shop for the R600 and all the calls is tedious. senior management needs to better equip their stuff with skills of customer services because this is an inconvenience. I will never again shop in this store nor advise any of my friend to shop here. I'm disgusted. 2 weeks same story no money in the till. at this rate they are running at a loss and shouldn't even afford rent in the mall.
So last year I couldn't pay my loan, around June I was called by Nible collections for capfin loan, I called capfin and they confirmed I was handed over to Nible, for 2 months I paid then vertex started calling me, so I stopped paying Nible and made an arrangement with vertex which I also confirmed with capfin. Now that I made an arrangement with vertex I get a call from a third collection company. I again call capfin and they were completely useless and not useful. I will not pay using any of the collection agents. Reopen my account and I will settle it. YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE AND EXTOTING MONEY WE DON'T HAVE WHEN WE CAME TO YOU FOR HELP.
I bought 5kg goldi braai pack on the 03/08/2018 and it tasted funny, only to realize yesterday that it expired on the 01/08/2018 I cant get hold of them on the phone, I work fulltime and don't have time to go and complain. this is a health hazard and I will be taking it further.
