I wish I could take back my first review of Metrofibre, because as a network provider they are very unorganized as well as unprofessional. I am currently sitting 2 days without no wifi, and I run my business from home. They suspended my network because they claim they received no payment which is false because payment was made through their app. This is not the first time that I have an issue with them but the second in the same month with the same issue. The first time the agent was very helpful and my issue was resolved instantly as she had contacted the finance department while I waited on hold and they did see that there was an allocation issue. A week goes by and the same ******* again. The agent I spoke to today was very dismissive and just wanted to get me off the line as soon as possible. I told her I would wait on the line while she contacts the finance department and she put me on hold a few seconds later she continues the call and says that she couldn't get hold of them and she will log a ticket. Logging a ticket does nothing because I have logged plenty and here I am still another whole full working day gone by and no wifi. I put a complaint in and they were fast to respond advising that they will put my issue as priority. As soon as I ease up on them there is no response. Tried calling again and I am number 60 in the line. This is the most pathetic experience I have ever had and I am not a person to complain about service issues.
The network service is amazing, I have not had such fast speed in a network. The service as well is speedy the technician was out within a day and I was all set. No hassle with any of the staff.
Pathetic pick n pay. YESTERDAY MYSELF AS WELL AS MULTIPLE Customers have had the worst experience at Pick n Pay Steeldale. The prices on their shelves do not match what we pay at the till. And then the rude Tellers still have the never to be disrespectful and tell us that we need to check the barcode. I will use myself as an example on the shelf shows that a 6 pack of Nutrifruit juice was R27.90, me thinking that that is a great proce I will take 2. Only after I paid already I see that the price has come out to R46.99. They have told me that we need to check the barcode but yhe whole row that the juice was on had said R27.90. They refuse to acknowledge myself as well as other customers. This is pathetic and all pick n pays should be shut down!!!!
Given Moremi at We Buy Cars in Germiston was so good and quick in his service.
This is the worst rental company to deal with, they do not look after their clients, they don't answer calls, emails, or messages when you need them. They charge the tenant for damages that was caused by natural causes, which is supposed to be the landlords duty to fix. They make sure that they don't ever give you your deposit back. do not apply to stay at any of their rentals. they are very Unprofessional!
The worst service ever, firstly we got disconnected from our lights we had 40 units when we we’re reconnected on the same day the units was 0 they told us that it was our problem we used up our units, then again we put more in and they tell us about a fixed charge in which we had to pay for without any notice of, these people are a complete ******* and I hope someone sues them
Taxify over bills money, and doesn't reverse money, more like thieves to me
