I will never use this company again. They are only helpful to new clients. They all refusing to take my calls after I had paid thousands of rands for their services. The consultant Chantelle Kotz refuses to respond to my emails to take my calls. The receptionist Zuko Malusi refuses to connect my call to a Manger. At this stage I am unable to get hold of anyone from this Company.
In April 2024, lightning has stuck my property. As a result my entire alarm system had blown. 3 technicians had confirmed that damage was due to the lightening, however budget insurance declined the claim with no evidence/justification. When I asked how did the alarm system blow they could not provide me any answers. I had three technicians come out to the property and have confirmed the damaged was due to lightning including the technician sent by budget insurance. They are avoiding paying the claim as they know there is no way to prove lightning damage. I had sent them a list of evidence showing that lighting had hit the house- it seems like they are only willing to look at the claim if someone stood outside during the storm and took a video of the lightning hitting the house.
Good day. In 2017 I purchased my first property in the East Rand, Gauteng at market value. The purchase price was 1.150mil. With my bond agreement the condition indicated that I must insure the property (building insurance) for 5.7 million. That is close to 5 times the purchase price of the property. After several attempts of contacting them via phone in and e-mail, no one could give me proper reasoning why I should insure at such such a high amount. Not forgetting the market price for the property was 1.15mil. Over the past 3 years I still cant resolve the issue. Every time I call in they informed me that it is back office department and I cant speak to anyone from there. I'm in he process of purchasing my second property in Johannesburg. The property is bigger at a purchase price of 2 million. However the replacement value that I have to insure with is only 2.3 million. In 2018 I had FNB do an evaluation on the property where they confirmed the market value of the property. FNB has exploited me for paying an inflated amount for insurance and have clearly shown their unwillingness to resolve he issue.
Good day. On 21 May 2020 I called Audio Mart to inquire if they indeed had stock of an electric violin (Stagg). They confirmed that they do have stock however delivery will be between 10-14 days due to the Covid-19 backlog. We placed the order online after the phone call. However, today (04 June 2020) I called in to find about when the violin will be delivered or a update rather and the sale person informed be that there is no stock. The manager then emailed me where he pasted a fake email informing me that they did not have stock. (the apparent original email was not attached) The email had no date nor time. To confirm I had not receive such an email. It took them nearly 2 week to inform me that they had no stock and furthermore if I did not call in I would have been still waiting for the violin. The manager was extremely rude. If they did not have stock why did they not refund me then already but waited for me to inquire. Today (04 June 2020) they are still advertising he product on their website not informing buyers that the product is out of stock. Looking at other reviews it looks like Audio Mar is scamming alot of people and using he Covid 19 pandemic as a excuse. I sent my baking details to them via e-mail and hopefully they refund my money.
In January 2020 I phoned Vodacom to inform them that my contract is expiring in February 2020. The consultant informed me that she cannot cancel the contract as I need to phone in during the first week in Feb 2020. From my understanding at the end of Feb 2020 would be mt last premium. I phoned Vodacom now 04/02/2020 at 14:00 and the consultant informed me that I had to had phoned in, in Jan 2020 for the contract to be cancelled in Feb 2020. I told her I did and this is what I was advised and could she please have a look at the activity log for when last I called. She told me the last time I called was in 2019. My itemized billing from work number shows the calls made to vadacom with regards to my contract. Today during the conversation the consultant informed me I have to now pay for Feb and March due to my late cancellation. This is ridiculous!!!
I have been a FNB Premier client for the past 10 Years. I had recently booked an appoint with a private banker from ABSA to see if ABSA could offer me a better deal on my current products I have with FNB. I was told by the ABSA private banker that ABSA has better products and that they will definitely give be better/competitive interest rates. I have now done the switch over from FNB to ABSA private banking to find out that my interest rates are higher and my credit facilities on my credit card and overdraft are half of what I had with FNB. Only after I informed them I had changed my salary deposit to the ABSA account and I changed all my debit orders to my ABSA account they sent me an email saying sorry this is what the bank can offer me. I have tried several times to contact my private banker to speak to him over the phone with no luck. I phoned him 15 min ago and he gave the phone to his colleague who told me he is busy and will contact me later. I really don't know what to do because they are offering me **** interest rates and payroll is closed for December to change my salary deposit account. I am Disgusted with how I am treated and with the false information i received from ABSA. Who would want to change from having a 16 Percent interest rate on their personal loan to having a 20 percent interest rate.
