Absolutely disgusted with this Online Sales Platform, paid for my order in July 2024 of R3 700.00. I requested my order to be split into 2, one for collection in JHB and the balance of my order to be delivered to CT. Thank Goodness I could arrange a Uber pick up of JHB order as I was in Town, they were helpful to share their COLLECTION ADDRESS being "PRESTIGE BUSINESS PARK, ROODEPOORT", even gave me a cell number HOWEVER for balance of my order of R1 500.00 was NEVER delivered. Loads of Emails sent, unanswered, cell number 0716248400, working on the day of pick up and person (Khai) has conveniently "left Snatcher's employ with no alternate contact number. I hope they honour their clients refunds, orders as money like that or less we all work hard for and its a disgrace that they just ignore it. I do hope those living in Johannesburg will call on their offices to rightfully be refunded or the goods purchased online OR its given to them as you now atleast have a PHYSICAL ADDRESS for SNATCHER!!!
It’s been over 1 & 1/2 years later and still trying to resolve an issue with Uber after I was ****** in April 2023, and my App was used to purchase Uber Eats alcohol of almost R3500.00 (still pending as o/s). There is no call centre to contact, you start a chat on the App and 1/2 way through the conversation “closes” unresolved. It’s been years of frustration and no light in sight unless of course action will be taken for non-payment, which I’m wanting to avoid at all costs. This is unacceptable and poor service & taking to social media, I do hope someone will reach out and assist to close this ordeal.
I have had absolutely enough, a *****elent 2nd account was registered at my home 6 years ago, one was billing in my Company name (the one I actually registered) and another " same property" in my personal name. Due to this our wifi was disconnected due to an arrears account in my personal name, which I obviously did not open. I have been in contact with Cell C, various managers and escalations and STILL NOT RESOLVED. I had to have a credit check done recently and discovered I have a "default" against my name with a credit bearue, which has subsequently been resolved and removed from my name. I was advised by them to log with all other bearues which i have started hte processes with, each wanting to draw more and more blood to resolve this issue. To my HORROR, I was then collected by a Debt collector last week saying my account was handed OVER again by Cell C for collection. I have lost 6 years of my time and energy with Cell C and there is no light in sight. I do hope this will be resolved as i am sick and tired of the incompetence, no finalisation, of thsi 6 year battle of back and forth but finally that it has now effected my credit score. UNACCEPTABLE and frustaed is an understatement. PLEASE CONTACT ME AS THIS IS NOT OKAY WHEN YOU START MESSING WITH PEOPLES LIVES!!!!
Bought 2 Moonsack make-up bags on 31 July 2022, Order Number #2689 and TO DATE no delivery, no answers to e-mails, facebook or Instagram. It is a rip off and money was debited off my account of R545.97 on the same day. NO DELIVERY TO DATE!!! Stay far away from them as it surely is a scam if there is no way of contacting them!!!
I am at my absolute wits end, angry and extremely upset with this awful service provide!!!! I have been without wifi for over a week (I run a business from home and have had to spend between R300 - R400 daily at a coffee shop with my staff in order to keep my clients happy). I have been logging calls every single day, which lasts for over an hour, speaking to various incompetent call centre agents who cannot solve my issue. I was erroneously disconnected as first they said its a national error, then it was escalated, what nonsense!! I then made 12 more calls (bearing in mind that it lasts for more than an hour every single time!!!). I was then informed (yesterday) that I have NEVER had a fibre account with them and basically that I have received fibre for "free"for the last 12 months and the joke is the agent told me they will just write it off and I should reapply for a new fibre account!!!! Today I gathered all the debit order data for the last 7 months i.r.o my fibre clearly indicating that I have been debited every single month. I called the call centre again who then informed me YES MAM YOU HAVE A FIBRE ACCOUNT WITH US AND WE CAN SEE YOUR PAYMENTS, however I am unable to assist you and will have to escalate the matter again. I am still expecting a call which has still not happened. All I want is for my line which I am paying for to be reconnected IMMEDIATELY and an apology for their absolute incompetence. Lets see if someone is finally going to call me on ********** 277. I await in anticipation with no hope in sight!
