I ordered and paid for a book, but heard nothing back . Contacted them after 3 weeks, no reply. Demanded a refund and receive the assurance that the book would e shipped in 2 days, and I will receive a tracking no. This didn't happen, so I contacted them again (by now I actually went and bought the book I needed), and demanded a refund again. No reply, no refund
I bought a Jhb - Cape Town flight through MyTrip, and paid the extra fee for a flexible ticket. When I wanted to change the ticket I was informed that Mytrip charges a R820 !!! service fee, and with the R400 airline fee (they claim.....), the charges are more that the ticket was . Needless to say, I wil never be using them again
They repaired a side-wall puncture or me, after 4 regular tyre companies wouldn't repair but insisted I buy a new tyre.... Staff was VERY helpful, competent and friendly
I changed to Neotel as Telkom's service was to terrible - moving back to Telkom after no service/usage from Neotel - terribel as it may seem, Neotel service is worse!!!!!
