I am deeply disappointed in how Volvo has has been handling my request or actually not handling it at all and that has also left me in a situation where I don’t have a car and now I am inconvenienced and had to spend money out of pocket and I’m still not being assisted.
I ordered a hand mixer, once for COD, takealot cancelled it, another time I paid in advance, they cancelled it. No reason given. Not OUt if stock. The list price is what I paid, I just ordered it again this time for COD again. If a seller lists something on takealot, what vetting have they done to ensure they can fulfill that order? Why am I now involved in that arrangement? It’s very disappointing. It actually hurts a little. What happens to “consumer rights” ?
Placed an order online 24 april. Asked for tracking details Got some dud site that doesnt work for tracking. Sent an email to inform them of this. No response. Sent multiple messages,no response. Still dont have details for where my order is at. Poor customer service.
I am subscribed to telkom home unlimited adsl about 5 months now. i need to link a sim card to my service for a mobile device. the only telkoms i lnow of near ne are thavhani mall and mall of the north. ive been there a few times..no success. i live in makhado. cannot keep driving out to these places and get no help. telkom needs to improve their customer services. maybe outsource these services to local telecomms or make it possible to get the sim same way i got the adsl..deliver and activate by phone.
