I have received countless emails from them about an outstanding SABC licence fee. The Licence Number is not mine. I have contacted the SABC and they confirm that I owe them nothing. I have emailed REVCO but they do not respond. I have phoned them and either the phone is not answered or when I did get through, I was told that the author of email does not receive phone calls.
I have a property listed on Expedia. Not for the 1st time a 'discovered' a booking made by them that they had not emailed me about. It is very difficult to get any person-to-person contact with Expedia. When I eventually got to speak to someone at their Call Centre, it seemed clear to me that they were unable or unwilling to understand my query and had a 'cut and paste' approach to answering my query. I then sent a message and despite their assurance that they would get back to me within a couple of days, I have had no response from them or from the guest who will be adversely affected by the incorrect booking. They keep using 'catch phrases' such as 'partner' but it is clear to me that they do not consider me as a partner
I have a Vodacom LTE router, and for the most part I have been satisfied. They however offered me a better deal but as soon as I began to ask relevant questions about the deal, the consultant became evasive & it was clear to me that he was hiding the truth about the deal. The claims about the 'better deal' were not what they appeared to be
Telkonm gets a lot of negative press, but I would like to commend their shop at Midlands Liberty Mall in Pietermaritzburg. The manner in which they handled the problem I had with telephone lines that were not operational, was quick, efficient and effective
They have twice contacted me in the past 2 days, insisting that I owe them for a website domain registration, claiming that I have had this website for sometime & that it is linked to my business website. I have twice asked that they send proof of this by email but this has not been forthcoming. They may well be tricking people into pay this amount.
This is a company to be avoided at all costs. False advertising and unscrupulous methods to get you involved. Have had several negative experiences with them over the years. Feel sorry for agents who unwittingly get sucked in.
