SA Depot is the worst communicators. They do not reply to my watsapps nor e-mails regarding my order (1688 )which was placed on the 20th of March 2025 and still I did not receive my parcel. I received an e-mail on the 10th of April 2025 that my shaver has been replaced due to "out of stock" and there after they ignored my e-mails and watsapps. It was suppose to be a birthday gift and now it has become a major ussue.
Bad customer service!!!!! And no assistance from ***** Department. On the 12th of February 2025 at 12.53 I swiped my Capitec Bank Card at Dischem Lifestyle Centre in Ballito. Not even an hour later, my card was swiped at Checkers Wilrogate, Wilropark in Johannesburg for the amount of R13.99. At 13.51 my card was swiped at Checkers Wilrogate, Wilropark for an amount of R825.00. At 13.52 my card was swiped at Checkers, Wilrogate, Wilropark again, only 1 minute apart for the amount of R59.99. At 15.05, 15.06 and 15.09 my card was swiped at Cannafrica Bell Air, Randburg - insufficient funds, again at 15.06 they tried to use my card again at Cannafrica Bell Air - insufficient funds. Again at 15.09 they swiped my card again at Woolworths Bel Air, Randburg - insufficient funds. At 15.14 they swiped my card at Woolworths Bel Air for R8.39 which had gone through. I went to Capitec Bank in Gateway, KZN to explain to them that something is wrong as I was in Ballito, almost 6 hours away from where my card was swiped. My card was with me and it is impossible for me to use my card in Johannesburg/Randburg. I asked them to assist me and to help me as it is almost a R1000.00 that was taken from my account. The ***** Department did not even try to find out how this could have happened. They only informed me today on the 17th of Frebruar 2025 with the following explanation: "Sorry there was INTERACTION WITH YOUR CARD".We cannot give your money back and you have to pay R80 for each transaction which was disputed. R80 X 5 = R300. So my money that was taken from my account as well as the 5 x R80 is well over R1300. This is ridiculous. How is that for a loyal Capitec Client for the past 4 years to be treated like a ********. I used my card in Ballito and not even an hour later, the card was used in Johannesburg/ Randburg 6hours apart. I told them that I think my card must have been cloned. I am very disappointed in their assistance. I am writing to formally complain about Capitec's inadequate security and the unprofessionalism of its staff. I have experienced unauthorized transactions as well as unauthorized attempted transactions on my card. I contacted Capitec, both via watsapp and in person, I received conflicting and unhelpful information. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of effective prevention, the incompetence of the staff, and the unnecessary financial burden placed upon me. I request a full and thorough investigation into the attempted unauthorized transactions on my account. I also expect Capitec to take immediate steps to improve their ***** prevention measures and train their staff to provide accurate and helpful assistance to customers.
The worst Courier Company ever. My parcel was delivered to the wrong adress and no one can help me find my parcel. They do not phone me back or answer my e-mails. I needed my shoes for a wedding and now my shoes are gone and Aramex only say that it was delivered. However my tracking app shows that it was not delivered to me. I am really dissapointed. Will never ever use them again!!
I would like to share my disappointment in Linex Yamaha. We purchased a brand new YZ125Z in March 2019 for my son. When the bike was collect nobody did a proper product hand over. The bike was handed over to us and a plastic bag with a Manuel and a disc guard was handed over to my husband. When they got home they found that the Service Manuel was in Japanese and there were no manufacturers certificate included. Also no original Invoice or anything with the bike’s manufacturing detail. For us it is problematic as we cannot take the bike cross border due to the fact that my son have National races in other neighboring countries. I immediately tried to get hold of our Sales rep, Gareth Rawson at Linex Yamaha and until today I was unsuccessful as he does not reply to any e-mails, watsapps or phone call. I am very disappointed as I did not expect such behavior from a successful, well known dealership owned by the Bidvest Group “Fast forward to 2018, the company was sold to the Bidvest Group, and they have taken the LINEX brand in a completely new direction. If you have not yet visited the new LINEX LIFESTYLE CENTRE, get yourself down there and see for your-self the incredible new store.” I would really like to know why our family got such bad treatment I paid for a bike and I really do expect that I get after sales assistance.
I was sequestrated in 2001. Wesbank was informed by Xirmele Trustees. I rehabilitated in 2012. The trustees who did my rehabilitation also sent me a letter which was forwarded to WesBank. I wanted to buy me a new car on the 8th of December 2018. Unfortunately my finance was declined due to First National Bank together with WesBank stating that I have “Written off debt” due to car finance in 2001. What happened to the Insolvency Act, Act 24 of 1936, a person is automatically rehabilitated after a period of 10 years has expired from date of provisional sequestration? Judgments that were previously listed on the records of any credit bureaux must be removed as such judgment has lapsed. The judgment is not valid any longer. The “rehabilitation” listing will remain on ITC for 5 years where after it will be removed. Well, 2012 to 2018 is 6 years already. Why am I still penalized by Wesbank and First National Bank who still circulate it among the different Motor Finance Companies's Internal profiles?
FNB together with Blake and Associates MISLEADING CLIENTS I had a Personal Revolving Credit Loan of R19,000 at First National Bank since 2014. Wich I used and then paid off and used again. I paid it off monthly for the amount of R619. At the end of Dec 2017 the outstanding balance was R15551.91 On the11th of Jan 2018, at13:04 I received an e-mail from Blake and Associates revolving my FNB Revolving Loan ********** 290816 stating the following: "Dear Mrs ILSE BOTHA We act on behalf of FNB, a division of First Rand Bank Limited. New Year Special!!! Start off the New Year by settling your FNB Revolving Loan with a 25% settlement discount. Simply contact Blake and Associates to get the discounted amount or alternatively replying to this email with your contact details and we will contact you immediately." I phoned and e-mailed Blake and Associates and spoke to Mrs Govender. She sent me an e-mailed showing the discounted amount of R12345. I discussed the matter with my employer and they (Bme Pty Ltd) paid the settlement amount of R12345 on behalf of myself. NOT KNOWING WHAT CONSEQUENCES THIS WOULD CREATE!!! In April 2018 I received a statement from Fnb regarding my Revolving Credit Loan stating that I have an outstanding balance of R4014.63 (The exact 25% discounted amount). I contacted Mrs Govender and she assured me that it will be corrected as it takes time and that they will not charge me any interest. I left it there and received a letter stating that my account has been closed. NOBODY EXPLAINED TO ME THAT IT WAS ACTUALLY NOT THE TRUTH. I was not informed that The discount amount will always reflect agains my name and Id as "An amount written off as bad debt". I would never accepted the 25 % discounted amount if I had known what the consequences would be. I applied for car finance on the 4th of December 2018 guess what? It was declined due to the fact that First National Bank listed me internally on all the Bank Pannels and created a negative profile stating "Bad debt for the amount if R4014.63 on my Revolving Credit Loan that FNB had to write of. I just want to make this very clear. FNB AND BLAKE AND ASSOCIATES offered me the discount, I never approached them. I contacted my private bankier and he also said to me that I first have to settle the R4014 before my name will be removed as "Bad debt written off" but he then said to me that it is an internal credit profile at Fist National Bank only and that nobody else can see it. ANOTHER FALSE PROMOSE - It reflects negative on all the bank panels. Shame on you First National Bank and Blake and Associates for misleading your clients.
I am really annoyed with Edgars and their partner in crime RMCS. I paid my Edgars account in full in May 2018. I started to receive sms's stating that I have an outstanding/arrears amount on my Edgars account. I went into my nearest Edgars store and ask them to please explain the matter as my account was paid in full and settled. They told me that it was RMCS and that I took up a product with them via my cell phone. I did not even know who RMCS was. I insisted on an explanation on which Edgars gave me a reference number ********** 744249) and then said that they will contact me within 48 hours to rectify my account. It went on for 5 months. The threatening sms's from Edgars did not stop and the amount escalated to R103-00. I went to Edgars in Wonderpark on the 9th of November 2018 to pay the amount of R103-00 and to close my account. The lady at the counter wanted to know why I wanted to close my account as I was a loyal customer since 2004 upon which I explained the issue to her. She then put me through to customer care and I was promised that I will be credited with the R103-00 which I paid as it was a mistake on their side. I was shocked to find out that I was on the Credit Bureau because of the outstanding amount of R103-00 when we did a credit check. I phoned Edgars and they explained to me that they could not help me and referred me to RMCS. Now I have to wait for 3 months before my name will be rectify on the National Credit Bureau. This is totally unfair to me as a Consumer as I did nothing wrong. I have my own Vodacom contract and did not sign for anything at RMCS. Please can somebody help me as EDGARS is incapable and unprofessional and unreliable.
