I have never seen such a big company with so much negligence in my life time.... HR staff member are ****s .... they dont care about anyone but themselves and their friend with thin the company. Resignation was submitted in October 2023 and served notice till end November 2023.... HI can tell you NOW THAT provident fund is still not being paid.... Alex forbes ( Another ****mer ) is saying the documents received by them on the 15th of December.... "Question is who is fooling who here?" This is disgusting and ridiculous really... I feel so much paid for those of you working for WFS (Especially those who are getting people fired on purpose) because as much as you think your money is safe and is in great hands with Alexander Forbes..... Shame on you... you will Beg them for it.... To think WFS is such a reputable company and is taking greater heights in this country.... "THEY ARE GOING DOWN THE DRAIN"
Such a pathetic and unprofessional service, What's so hard of paying out provident fund? My wife resigned from her employer in 31 October 2023 and submitted all required documents on the 04 November 2023. Only to find out on the December 15, 2023 that nothing was ever done with the withdrawal, and no decency of letting her know if there are missing Documents.... in which I believe its just a delaying tactic to say documents are missing. Even then there is this call center agent that keeps promising to call you back as soon as they have all documents, YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER and a DAY for that call. I mean you resign because you need your money .... but this company just decide to keep it, This is just pathetic and uncalled for. If this has to go to Ombudsman .... I will get to that.... this is too much now!!!!
How is this for a great service.... No Fuss No Hussle.... Steve from Flexidrive Cape Town has made owning a car so easy.... I mean the guy is informed and makes sure you understand every detail.... I will recommend Flexidrive anytime....
I am writting this review very upset about how this company dont care about customer service.... Let alone taking few minutes to respond to emails that are sent to them.... For days i have been struggling to get my refund from them... When i called at first i was lied to saying money is paid i should enquire with my bank... Only to find out that its was lies payment was not even proccessed.... Called again many times and no assistance what so ever.... The only thing you will get is a lie after another.... Made a follow up on my refund request and i was told the samething and then given an email address to enquire.... Sent 3 emails on differrent days nobody feels the need to respond and it is so annoying dealing with such people.... Can someone attend to this and get in touch with me to resolve this issue .... I do not wanna be sending emails over and over again with no success
This is a complaint .... This store have employed some crooks within... they steal customers money and their valuables as well. When we ask managers to recall video recordings we get told "Footage is lost" if you lucky you may see the footage but as soon as it start playing where the stealing activity happens it becomes blank..... This must be exposed and as community we do need answers on this....
We are having challenges with this company when it comes to refund/deposit release and it seems they are doing it on purpose.... why is it so hard to refund their customers. we have been waiting for a refund for some time now and its true that they do not answer calls in their so called refund/deposit release department.... they take your details and promises to get someone to get back to you but NEVER.... this is just HORRIBLE in 2020
