MRP your customer service is pathetic! I ordered a big wheel s****** online only to reviece the product in not new condition and the packaging look like it was ripped apart and taped back together. I send numerous emails and when it was obviously clear that you couldn't find another one to replace this one for me I suggested that seing the s****** works fine but is obviously not a new one i.e it has surface damages so most probably it was used as a demo!. Yet you still selling it as a new product at full price!! And no matter my numerous messages saying that I will keep s****** but want a discount inform of gift card or account credited.... You still reply with the same **** email unwilling to sort out a loyal customer of many years! I can't just return s****** and take refund as my daughter has her heart set on i**** her birthday present!!! Well seing that this is what I have to deal with I will be closing my account with MRP! But guess it won't make a difference to MRP to loose one customer right!!.... Yeah Edgars is singing a different tune now hey after loosing lots of their customers?..... Adiós

Selling used goods at full price and terrible customer service! The email I received back was you can return product to nearest store! But I ordered it online in first place as none of the stores in my area has the porduct in stock!! And then it's a second hand used product with surface damage and all you can telle is return to nearest store? No let us send you another one or maybe as I suggested seeing that the product does work but just surface damage maybe due to it being a demo product,give it to me at a discounted price... Credit my account or a gift card. No its either return to store or shut up and keep used products at full price! ? PATHETIC! Soon as my account is settled with you I will be closing it and taking my business elsewhere! Customer for years and can't say it's the first time get **** service but this is the last!
I find it really frustrating that Sterns and other reputable jewelers sell gold plated jewelry that's so very expensive... Then it's not evens silver that has been plated but alloy!!! ?And it does not get advertised like that!
Tried opening up an account at Sterns jewellers Uitenhage Eastern Cape. Gave in all the documentation that was required. Received an sms saying that they need assistance with something only to ask things that was already filled in on the application form!!! So waist of airtime there for me..... Was told that that was all and would receive an sms letting me know if approved or not. Instead I receive an sms saying I need to forward 3 months banking statement and ID to ********** WHY??? when I already gave all that info in at Sterns!! Why can't it be send from them? Now I as a potential customer that does not have the resources(equipment) at hand to just scan and email documents (that was already handed in at the Sterns Jewellers mind you) must now jump around and sort it out! And when phoning in to try and find out why and for them to sort it out all you get is incompetent people that can't or won't do their jobs and sort you as a potential life long customer out!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Too concerned about the customer attitude (due to lack of service) then to do your jobs. Tasneem from this call center ********** 222. Also to add that lady from STERNS Uitenhage is rude and racist.
Very rude and unhelpful old woman working at Sterns and she's racists.
Bad service. Had to wait for over 2 hours just for Mexican hotdogs and chip rolls then they still tried to rob me with not giving me my whole order. Rude people working there as well. Won't be waisting my time and money on them again.
Bonitas deleted all my complaints I made yesterday on their Facebook page and I'm no longer able to make any further comments or posts! What are you afraid of Bonitas??! Most people feel that you have terrible service or conned them.... It's public records so I don't know what you are trying to accomplish!
Worst medical aid ever! No clue what customer service is and don't do their jobs. Also can't be bothered to sort out your problem. And even when making a complaint there will be no one to contact you to resolve the matter.
