I bought a TV from HiFi Corp - The Glen Mall, the TV stopped working in Nov, we lodged a claim for repairs in early Dec, we were given an estimate date of 21days that it will take to fix the TV, a driver was sent out 17-12-2025 to collect the TV for repairing , I was told the repair Centre is closing 19-12-25 so they will only attend to repairs in 2026. Jan 2026 I have been following up with the store but no proper feedback is given about the delay, when I called I was told there's a possibility that we would be credited, 3days later 16-01-2026 I went to the store directly and was told repairs on the TV only started 15-01-2026. There is no urgency or proper updates when it comes to repairs, no one can provide clear clarity except that we have to wait another 14days, my question is does it take two months for repairs? why is this note communicated , At what stage does a manager get involved?
We used the drive through on Saturday 05/06/2025 The lady that took orders was extremely unprofessional She asked us to wait before taking orders. When we were done with the order she just kept quiet instead of telling us to go to the next window We got to payment point she asked us what did we order??? After waiting 30min in the drive through we got our order Drove off and realized the order was wrong Waited another 10min to get our correct order A whole 40min wasted in a drive tru Will not order from them anymore Rather use Bossa next to them
I asked them to sort out a fine I paid them for the fine. There was a difference refundable to me which they never did after months of emails and contacting after years they send me a statement to say I'm owing. I called to ask owing for what they couldn't answer
Really disappointed with Regent / Hollards service My dad has an insurance with them. 2019 or early 2020 they failed to deduct the debit order. Apparently a system error. We had to call them to rectify the mistake they didn't even pick it up November 2020 they double deducted and now again in January 2021. And it's again a call that has to be made at our expense to fix it.
On Saturday 15th I bought items at Donna Claire Alberton (promo was buy 3 and get the cheapest item free) unfortunately 1of the items I purchased was small I decided to go exchange it the Sunday because it was a sale item and I was scared that it will get sold out, at the same time I decided to buy more promotional items. When I got to the till I was assisted by Gugu who had a very arrogant attitude at first she told me I can't get the exchanged item for the same price I bought the previous one unless I bring back the other two items that I bought with the promo so they can return all items and ring it up as a new sale. Luckily the lady who overrides transactions assisted and agreed to give me the item as per the promo. Gugu than got irritated at my son and couldn't wait to tell him not to play with one of the things at the till which I admit he was wrong but her way of saying it to him. By now I was getting really angry. I had to sign for the exchange and immediately I grabbed the first pen that caught my eye she told me that's her pen and for me to please use the other pen and immediately took out the sanitizer to sanitize the pen I touched . She refused to take my store card and swipe my transaction and asked me to keep the card in my hand and swipe it myself. I honestly became so upset and felt like I was being victomised. Yes I know we following safety precautions due to covid19 but I haven't experienced such service at any of your other tfg stores. If I knew I carried so much germs I would not have entered your store at all with my child. If safety is such a big concern to the store please let someone stand at the door and sanitize each customer and also take their temperature. At the same time please put perspex screens at your tills and notify us to bring our own pens so we don't feel so violated when shopping at your store. My overall experience after the encounter with Gugu will not let me buy at donna ever again. And I am eagerly going to return all items bought due to this.
