Solar Geysers by company who dont do solar
So I bought and installed (professionally) an XSTREAM GEYSER - Great geyser but been saving up for the SOLAR panel. So finally asked Xstream to courier me the solar panel which they do, with no fittings, after telling me I can literally fit it myself. Its taken me a month to find a solar company who has the right brackets to install this panel but the company does not do plumbing. Im now told it will cost me R8500 to do the plumbing as I have to install a circulation pump. After contacting Xstream again to find out why they sold me a panel that cannot circulate the water they have just said they don't do solar and cannot advise me any further . Company is Xstream SOLAR Hot Water www.Xstream.co.za But who dont do solar but will sell you a panel and then have nothing more to do with it???

NO COUSTOMER SEVICE !!!
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY YOKO SET UP FOR 2 WEEKS ..SEND BANK DETAILS AND IT WONT LINK. NO ONE WILL CALL ME AND SORT THIS OUT.. ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES TO WORK WITH .. CALL ME COUSTOMER SERICES AND RESOLVE OVER THE PHONE ... ZERO RATING

Hengro Pool epoxy- Its not a waterproof paint!! - "Just makes your pool look pretty "
Pool relining with Hengro Epoxy coating and Sureclean pools ( Their contractor) I submitted photographs in an email to this company. http://www.hengro-poolprotect.co.za/poolprotect.html The photo showed a plaster lined brick pool where my current lining had failed and was peeling /flaking off ( mix of fibreglass and epoxy paint) I asked them to quote on using "Hengro PoolProtect Pool Epoxy Coating" to reline the pool. They put me in touch with a recommended contractor – Donavan Jenni at Surecleanpools - A pool company ( see separate review ) The product was applied after the old fiberglass had been removed . and had to be done twice due to bad workmanship. I was told to wait 7 days so it could harden completely and that it would not leak. The contractor told me he had inspected the pool for cracks etc and saw nothing. Result: I filled the pool on the 27th October and within 3 days it had virtually drained of water . When contacting Hengro to ask for a solution I was told that the product used was NOT made to seal the pool. Its was a product applied for making it look good and like new. Its was not for sealing or holding out water . My complaint is When enquiring about the product they should have told me it would not retain water in a pool . I asked both Hengro and Sureclean pools ( contractor) to confirm that this would work as the previous coating failed. Sureclean pools ( contractor) guaranteed it would harden and there would be no leaks !!!!!!!! When asking for a quotation based on the very clear photos of what the pool looked like Sureclean pools ( contractor) should have said that the product would not work. He offered me a 10 year guarantee AFTER seeing the photos and the state of the pool. He was aware that it was a brick plastered pool . He should not have commenced the job with this product after inspecting the pool if he knew this would not retain water. Its unacceptable that one paints a product on the walls of a swimming pool and knowing it does not retain water. The pool is unusable !!

ABSA INSURANCE - One month old claim still unresolved
I have been paying ABSA insurance for years and this is my first claim after storm damage a month ago.In the 12 July. I am still waiting for the repair to take place. Part of my roof is lying on the ground and there is ore damage every time it rains . They just make excuses when I phone them DAILY for an update

Sureclean pools - Shocking wokmanship - "I never said the paint would seal your pool" !!!

They put me in touch with a recommended contractor – Donavan Jenni at Surecleanpools - A pool company I send Donavan Jenni the photos and asked him to quote . I asked him to come and view the pool which he said was unnecessary as he could see from the photos what was required. I gave him the go ahead and paid the deposit On day one he came and stated removing the flaking lining. Which was a combination of epoxy and fiberglass. He removed 90% but left large patches which looked really bad ( see attached picture). I asked him to come back and fix this and sand down so there were no bad patches. After much arguing he came back with an angle grinder and sanded down the patches and recoated the pool which looked better. I was told to wait 7 days so it could harden completely and that it would not leak. He also told me he had inspected the pool for cracks etc and saw nothing. Dish water not coffee
Think they gave me dishwater instead of the Americano as and hot milk I ordered .it was undrinkable. Unacceptable for a high profile restaurant like this . Get rid of then
