This company deserves a 0 star . I purchased a couch for 27k and within 6 months the couch started giving me problems . Within 2 years it has been repaired more than 5 times and exchanged twice ! It’s shocking that a brand once trusted has such ******* quality . They refuse to give you a refund and sadly the ombudsman doesn’t help much .People need to beware before buying their products .

I was shocked by KHROMA hair and beauty in centurion (14 baobab nook centurion ) I had an appointment today for my daughter under the name ‘Nicole’ . The appointment was confirmed days ago with Isabella . Today , I drove 40km to take my daughter for this appointment. I arrived to this salon , the security advised that I ring the bell and they will open for me . I stood there ringing the bell and asking them to open the gate , the lady on the phone spoke in Afrikaans and when I rep**** in English they cut the call . We pressed the intercom 4 times and they kept speaking to me In Afrikaans despite me telling them in English I have an appointment! They refused to open the gate . I then called the salon on their landline and asked them to open as I have an appointment. The lady spoke in Afrikaans and cut the call ! The lady Isabella then whatsapped and said she’s sorry that she double booked and has other plans !! They refused to open the gate ! I’m shocked and disgusted by the services of this institution! If you only want to cater to “specific “ people, then your ads should be directed towards that ! Don’t you go treating people like that because you provide a service !!! My money is the same just like others ! Stop with your ****** behaviour!
I haven't used Uber for the past +6months . In November I logged into my bank account app and realised that Uber has been deducting money for "trips taken " . I have made enquiries with them and they advised someone else is using my account, which is impossible as I did not share my bank account details with anyone. They not willing to refund my money!! For this reason I have to cancel my bank card!!! They are thieves!!! USE ANOTHER SERVICE NOT UBER
This complaint is about the most pathetic service that i have received from Bradlows newcastle ! DONT EVER BUY FURNITURE FROM THEM . I have purchased 2 beds from this store in December 2020, these beds have been giving me endless problems and are of terrible quality . i had been to the store numerous time , i had advised them i dont wamt the same beds and they stated that i may choose different brands and pay in the difference ,of which i did . The store has taken my money and now they are refusing to change the beds as the regional said he cant do anything. they also refusing to give the money back to me. We have escalated the matter to headoffice numerous times , the store manager is of zero help and ignores all my requests. I am now sitting out of pocket of a large sum of money and have 2 broken beds !!! PATHETIC !!! BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM.
