telkom mobile is the worst mobile operator
telkom mobile is the worst network ever - all they do is debit money and use cluselss consultants..I phone in last week because my contract had expired and wanted to opt-out of the mtm service. The consultant told me of a running postpaid service which siuted my budget and advised my phone number would be migrated in 20 minute. Not only have they cancelled my service but my phone number has been taken off the service...i have phone literally everyday and all I get is useless service and my number is STILL OFF NETWORK.

Discovery Credit Card - the worst service ever
I settled my account in January and received email confirmation this account was closed on 7th January. Month-end I receive a debit order. I reversed it and called them and they said they would sort attend to this. Till today I receive statements on a closed account of which interest is been charged. I am not liable for this yet they refuse to cancel this credit card.

Telkom Finrite Insurance
To date, since my previous review, they responded on 8 Jan and send me an email requesting POP and supporting documents. 2 weeks later Il still in the same spot. No response...excess paid...month premiums still been debited. I believe this is a justifiable case for the ombudsman

Telkom insurance - Finrite Administrators
I was mugged 10 December submitted all documents and to date no feedback or assistance. You spend more than 10 minutes trying to get through to them....They do not call back , or provide you with feedback. They are not doing us a favor as we pay for this service
