Sister Sias needs to go. She treats everybody like they are an inconvenience and every interaction with her feels like you're intruding on her day. For a mental health professional, she is not very professional. Today I called her out on her behaviour and told her I never want to see her again and all she could say was "thank you" and close the door in my face. This is not how you treat mental health patients. I've logged complaints against her before, and nothing was done then. I've also been told by other patients that they feel the same way. This woman is a disaster. If she doesn't like her job she needs to leave.
Had a power phase blow on the pole outside our house. Reported it on their website at around 8pm (when it happened). Got SMS confirmation within 20 minutes. Just over an hour later (Yes, after 9pm at night) it was fixed.
I've queried my account, indicating that I've not received magazines for my subscription for a year and that I've not been refunded once for the magazines. I was told the a query would be sent to the publishing department. After that I got an sms to say my subscription was cancelled. I did not request this. Its done so lets move on. I then got told that the balance and amount owing are different, and different to the SMS I got. I've emailed customer support several times and get nothing but automated responses and, eventually, a status saying email was deleted without being read. I should not owe anything. TFG owe me for a years worth of magazines I did not receive.
Requested Support ticket and reference number over and over for a congested exchange issue in Plumstead, Cape Town. They simply do not respond...
