I would recommend Mr Ludwig Siwa at any given day when someone is looking for a reliable car insurance. He fought for my car insurance payout from start to finish and he was very much Professional and transparent about the whole process. In the end I was indeed a happy client and still am.

Terrible/Horrible service: Delta coaches
Its a pity that the system doesn't allow you to move if one doesn't choose a star otherwise you deserve 0 ratings. It is not the first time using your services, first time when it happened I thought it was an innocent delay, but now again same thing that happened last year is happening again. A bus that was booked for 17:05 from PTA to Engcobo arrived at 17:50 heading to Johannesburg the next thing we are told to wait for a bus that will take us, up until now with this cold outside we are still waiting, no communication from Delta coaches and calls are being ignored.....The terrible/horrible service ever we don't deserve this kind of treatment

Missing phone
We need to be present at all times when the ADT technician are at your house for any technical problems, I have a phone missing that has been safely kept in my bedroom unit where the box is situated, now all of a sudden the phone is missing.....

Error: Credit card
I Ncebakazi Faith Ntobela, never had any credit card with standard bank. I made a query with Standard bank with regards to this matter. They only managed to remove the account only at TRANSUNION, but it it still appearing on some other credit bureau such as EXPERIAN, COMPUSCAN, XDS, KUDOUGH, CLEAR SCORE. As mentioned I never had any credit card with Standard bank.

Negative listing - Getbucks
1. I am the adult female, residing in Pretoria. 2. The facts deposed to in this affidavit are true and within my personal knowledge or derived from documentation at my disposal, unless stated otherwise or the contrary appears from the context. 3. I depose to this affidavit in order to explain the circumstances, which led to my credit record being listed as negative. 4. In or around 30 August 2018, I requested a Credit Rating institution called Xpert Decision Systems (“XDS”) to forward me with my consumer credit report for the purposes of ascertaining my credit worthiness. 5. To my surprise – the report reflected a fraud incident next to my ID numbers. Thus, the report reflects that – “My ID No. was found in fraud database and listed on SAFPS as a fraud incident”. Put simply, it alleges that I was involved in a fraud incident. 6. I confirm that I never sent incorrect or inaccurate information, including false documentation to a company trading as GETBUCKS. Neither was I involved in any fraudulent activities. I am a law-abiding citizen who lives a decent and honest lifestyle. I am married with 2 minor children. 7. The circumstances which led to the issuing of such false information or documentation is unknown to me up to this day. I did not grant permission to any person to do so. I can only speculate that some unscrupulous criminal accessed my gmail account on google and used the details thereon to commit acts of fraud. On the 10 September 2018 I have since requested for proof (from Michelle Janse van Rensburg who is employed by Getbucks) of the fraudulent documents that were submitted which I have not received that proof until this day. This is a case of Fraudulent Identification and for some strange reason I have never lost my I.D document not even once. 8. Given the above, I have opened a criminal case of fraud, including theft and unlawful dissemination of private information and instructed the South African Police Services to conduct the necessary investigation in order to bring the perpetrators to book. 9. I am highly prejudiced by this negative report in that I am unable to obtain credit from reputable credit providers. I was not afforded an opportunity to state my side of the story so as to clear my name. 10. This can also have negative implications on my career on the basis that my career is founded on honesty, ethics and integrity. 11. Under those circumstances, I request GETBACKS to consent to clearing my name by removing such a negative listing or report. I am quite keen to submit myself to investigation or questioning by the relevant law enforcement agencies.
