PPS is the worst insurance ever
Worst experience ever one can wish for I put in a claim on the 24th of March 2026 where it took over 3 weeks to be approved which by then I was not bothered because my sister-in-law car was available I even delayed on fetching back courtesy car then after 3 weeks or so they approved my claim I raised it up with them wanting to find out what is going to happen because my claim was approved after 3 weeks of submission then no one gave me a straight answer but they did see they will sort it out and make arrangements in order to extend my car which I received a message yesterday to return the car so today I reached out to PPS short-term insurance where I was told that irregardless of me submitting everything on time the car hire is strictly for 30 days it doesn't matter if the were delays on their side approving and everything it's strictly 30 days

Bonitas administration is trash
The worse medical scheme to be under i tried adding my parents last month after notifying their medical aid got all the documents from their medical aid submitted everything on time before monthend because theirs was gonna stop on the 1st of April i wanted them to be fully on board on mine by the first of April but till today the 16th of April they are not under mine as dependents and when i call the person who was assisting me told me straight should anything happen to them they won't be covered irregardless of of applying on time and submitting all documents on time they won't be covered i even asked what must i do to get it right was told to wait imagine wait while they are not covered

Poor service
We have put through a claim on Tuesday 24th of March till date we have been calling for updates on the claim and ever since Wednesday they are waiting for assessment report and no one from the insurance seems concerned of the long wait for the assessment already is a delay on my side

Super quick Thohoyandou
Had the worse experience ever in my life with Super quick Thohoyandou. I brought my car in for inner cv replacement the gave me the price i sad no problem let do it because i need to be somewhere, they started taking out the tyres while i was still there was so confident if i got to the bank when i come back the car will be fine. I then went to the bank fix my things there and cameback i think after 2hrs or more the car was not attended to and when i tried raising my complaint i was told they can put back the tyres and i can go somewhere imagine i was given an impression that my car will be worked on very fast because most of the bays were empty so it was just a good set back now i have to miss the memorial service i had to attend to and i can't go else where because i still have to search

Game store is a ****
I bought a mist fan online last year around November 2024 with game credit card . Everything went well the order went through and they deducted the money from the shop credit card after day of waiting i decided to make a follow-up and i was told Everything is in order the delay is in the warehouse it will be delivered to where i stay after days my order was canceled and no refunds were transferred back i ve been trying to rich out to them they always say they will get back to me

Hi-Tek panelbeater is the worse
This guys deceived and robed me day light. I took in my car for repairs at their panelbeater firstly they took to long but they will give you assurance of working on your car for only 15 days. The worse part is when they took my car to vw because the were somethings they couldn't get right and they were advised to change my rear wheel bearing they were quoted on and they told me they are waiting for approval from the insurance which they never requested an authorization instead the we to the rear excell which was affected by the accident and took out the old bearings which was affected by the accident and but the back to the new excell. Now when i drive my car has this weird sound it never had before

SMTAX never file the right way for clients
I was with this consulting company before my business went out of business due to some circumstances that was 2023 then this year April i asked to make my company compliant so it can be compliant on csd i was charged R5000 i paid 50% the status never changed on my csd till i look for another accountant and they made it compliant and now when i asked for my refund i ve been told stories funny enough they rep**** when i reviewed them on Google and promised to be refunded and when we went to whatsapp they sad they can't refund done work which never reflected on my side as done

Pps short term insurance is a ****
I had a claim which gave me headaches day and night My car was fixed and it didn't come out right. The panel beater guys were advised by vw that they must change the wheel bearing and they told my they put in a claim to the insurance because it was part of the accident but to my surprise after getting the car and driving long distance it started make a sound i didn't understand it was my first time hearing the sound i went to someone to ask what might be the problem only to find out it's the wheel bearing they were advised to replace then i went to vw to find out what really happened only to find out they took the wheel bearing from the rear excell which they took out of my car that was affected by the accident.

Hi-Tek panelbeaters and PPS Short term insurance
Since my claim has been approved from the 10th of june i have been waiting for my car when ever i go check up on the progress they say insurance which is PPS short term insurance delayed the authorisation but we both received the authorisation same day which i don't understand till this day i am still waiting upon completion if i don't call or rich out there's no form of communication. From last week Wednesday they were fixing at tyre they say till today which i also don't understand. The insurance on the other side if you don't rich out they don't care how your claim is going

Pps short term insurance ****
I am writing this review heart broken and feel betrayed. I have a claim with Pps short term insurance for my car which i submitted everything in time, though the accident happened on a Sunday which was 26 of May 2024 and everything was submitted on a monday the 27 of may 2024 and manage to get a courtesy car on the same monday and my claim was approved the following monday which was the 10th of june 2024. I then travelled to limpopo to unwind and came back Tuesday the 18 of june 2024 and went to the panel beater to get update on the progress only to find out they haven't ordered the parts and told me they only received the authorization the very same day i got there , i then riched out to my insurance because i noticed i am gonna be stranded because the courtesy car was only for 30 days the person i talked to seemed not even bothered no caring he kept emphasizing the courtesy car is only for 30 days even if the delay was not on or from my side i felt so defeated and ****med because that very courtesy is for helping me in the absence of my car and i don't understand why i was not advised to take an option that will cover till i get my car
