I've been requesting assistance with selling the coin purchased from the company. I'm not given the time of day, I've sent countless emails with my request and I stated that I need the funds for schooling fees, it's the only option I have, but Lelanie just reads emails and makes promises she can't keep. I'm so disappointed and in desperate need to sell this coin.
I am very disappointed with the recent service I got from makro, query is still not resolved and it's been over a month now. I ordered online on the 6th of june 2020 , I paid R1063 for the order (MAK2584533) which would take 10-14 days for delivery. After 14 days I track my order only to find that it was cancelled due to no stock , no body even bothered to inform me about it. I then called and requested a refund , was told refund would take 5-7 working days , this was on the 9th of July. A few days later I was only refunded R634. I'm still waiting for my R429 and I've been calling to find out what's going on and I get told that the matter is being escalated every time I call. I need that R429, and this is a huge inconvenience to me, I'm not happy at all.
I ordered online on the 7th of December , I check the order status on the 11th and it says the order is confirmed , on the 13th I call the call centre they tell my order has been cancelled, how? I don't know , now I'm being told I have to wait for 5 days for refund. I want the funds to be credited back into my thank u card ASAP because I needed the products I bought by the 18th as they were a birthday gift. I'm really disappointed in your online service
They refuse to refund my money after they failed to deliver goods which I ordered from them
I ordered goods on the 23rd of November , delivery was suppose to happen on the 29th of November. I never did receive the goods but they claim the goods were delivered to me and that I signed for the goods. When I request a receipt of delivery they keep telling me they still waiting for the courier company , I've been calling them from the 30th of November and I'm not getting any help, I requested a refund and that as well is a hassle . It's been over a month now since I ordered and still I haven't received any feedback from them , the service I've been given is really appalling.
