I am extremely disappointed with the service from Gold for Life. For over two months, we have been trying to get assistance via email regarding the claim of my late father’s gold coins, as well as my mother’s coins, with little to no response. We visited the Sandton offices in person where the coins were originally purchased only to be told that all communication must be handled via email. Unfortunately, those emails are not being responded to, leaving us completely stuck with no progress. It is incredibly frustrating to have no clear point of contact, no updates, and no accountability. To make matters worse, calls to the office are often cut short by the receptionist, which only adds to the lack of support and professionalism. This experience has been stressful and disappointing, especially given the sensitive nature of the matter. I would strongly urge the company to improve their communication, responsiveness, and client care.

Struggling to get paid for asset sold as urgent sale to settle school account of my daughter leading to account being handed over to attorneys for collection. Several escalations of junior staff were met with indifference. Considering this was an Urgent Sale owing to unforeseen circumstances which were explained in detail to their staff, it is very sad if the powers that be can be so insensitive even if the situation will affect a child negatively, maybe even for life. Now I'm being told it could take 30 working days to be paid, regardless of the Urgency that forced me to sell my asset in the first place.

It has now been over two months since I completed and submitted all required forms, and despite multiple follow-ups via email, no meaningful progress has been made. I have clearly stated my request to have my coin released from safe custody and sold, yet the communication from Lelanie has been consistently passive and unhelpful. Emails are read with no proper feedback, and promises made have not been fulfilled. This lack of urgency and inconsistency has created serious concern about the reliability of your processes. At this point, the prolonged delay and poor communication raise the question of whether Gold for Life is operating transparently. If customers are unable to access what they have purchased or receive timely support, this becomes a serious red flag that needs to be addressed. If this issue is not resolved promptly, it may leave customers with no choice but to warn others about their experiences. I request immediate action to release my coin and finalise the sale without further delay. Please provide a clear timeline, written confirmation, and a responsible person who will ensure this matter is handled properly. I expect a prompt response

I've been requesting assistance with selling the coin purchased from the company. I'm not given the time of day, I've sent countless emails with my request and I stated that I need the funds for schooling fees, it's the only option I have, but Lelanie just reads emails and makes promises she can't keep. I'm so disappointed and in desperate need to sell this coin.
