This has been the biggest nightmare ever, just trying to get Discovery to communicate with Sanlam directly for a fund transfer. Been sent from pillar to post, I have sent email after email and called about 10/15 times now and still no help just to transfer money from Sanlam into my annuity. I am considering leaving everything with Sanlam rather as the service has been nothing but pathetic. No one knows who's who and which department handles what. Can someone just get in contact and sort out this BS. Jirrrr, haven't been this frustrated in a long time. It took Sanlam 2 days to send the transfer forms, then Discovery couldn't even find my annuity, then sent to a wrong department...instead of just forwarding it to the correct department they rather inform me to do it. Feeling that I'm making a huge mistake to transfer from Sanlam to Discovery. Thought it would be a good idea to have everything at the same company, regretting our bad idea.
I need to compliment the staff of woolworths Waverley, on Wednesday I needed to buy a new shirt for an important meeting, the help me to find the perfect shirt and even steam ironed it for me so that I can look perfect. I walked out of the store with an ironed shirt on. We'll done and thank you guys for the awesome service.

We purchased a new Omoda C5 Lux 1 year ago and lately it has been making a terrible sound when we cold start the car. We bought the vehicle from Omoda Alberton in Alberton and the car only has 15 000km on the clock to date. We then booked it for a check as the sounds is terrible and rather embarrassing owning a new vehicle that sounds like it has a diesel motor, when I took the car to be booked in for the check I was told by Omoda Alberton that all Omoda C5 cars starts making that noise after about 10 – 15000km. We then ran into a guy from Omoda Bedfordview on Friday and he insisted that we bring in the car for a check-up. We will be taking the car in this week to have it looked at, at the Bedfordview Branch. Thank you to Paul from Bedfordview for his exceptional after hour parking lot assistance whilst we went shopping, he really needs to be thanked for his commitment to the brand. I can not believe that a brand-new car would sound like that after only 15 000km. Another thing is that the plastic strip on the interior is of very poor quality as it scratches when clean with a microfiber cloth, we have also reported this to Omoda Alberton and they wanted us to replace it at R22 000. To be honest, we love the car, however, we are disappointed with the service received and the poor quality of that plastic strip on the dashboard. I would have thought that if one buys a vehicle of R500 000 that it would at least be of better quality than cars half the price. Honestly, we are a disappointment with the purchase of this vehicle. We have now been without transport for more than a week. Its costing us almost R300 per day to get to work and back after purchasing a R500k car. We will most probably not consider the OMODA brand with our next purchase.
We bought a brand new Omoda C5 and the service was great until we heard a noise coming from the engine when starting in the morning. I booked the car in for a check as to what the noise might be. We booked the car, hoping they would check what the problem might be... I took the car in the afternoon in order for them to cold start the car in the morning. I was then told that this normal for Omoda C5's to make this noise after about 10 - 15000km and that the technician would tell me the same as they have had many of these problems in the past and even had Omoda head office there who confirmed the same. I left not feeling to great about the experience and could not believe that this would be normal and decided to take the car to Bedforview Omoda, they inspected the car and the problem is a much bigger problem than just normal noise after 10 - 15000km. I then called this morning complaining to Raceview motors expressing my dissatisfaction to a manager, 5 min later the person who told me its normal calls me...not the manager, the person that showed me away in the first place. This is terrible service as I am now without a vehicle as the engine is currently being stripped and hopefully repaired. Not even a offer to help us with a courtesy car, nothing, just saying that they will assist in the future. Honestly very disappointed with the service and I will NEVER take my vehicle back to Raceview.
We managed to lock ourselves inside the house after I managed to leave the passage safety gate key in the kitchen. We contacted our insurer and within 30 min of calling for assistance, the locksmith arrived and opened the door. Thank you for the great, speedy and professional service!!!

I called absa activate and within an hour a locksmith was at our house and opened the kitchen door and all was sorted. Thank you for the excellent service Absa Activate!!!
