I’ve recently had an issue with my new Tumble Dryer. For a while I’ve noticed that when I used longer cycles for heavy loads 2hrs 20min) the cycle completed within 45 minutes and washing still damp. A part has been replaced as the unit is still under warranty. After the “repair” the Dryer kept doing the same thing with longer cycles. The technician came back with a message from his manager Jeanette who has been most unhelpful and told me to contact their complaints team. I requested for this unit to be replaced or refunded which I am still fully within my rights to request as the unit was not 6 months when this started. They have denied this request and gone against their very own CPA. How is it that I am left with a unit that simply cannot complete the cycles it was built to run? Where is the protection against this? I bought this fully reliant on being able to utilize each and every cycle it has. Instead I am told it’s still working, so use it! I will take this matter further legally. I have multiple footage proving the issue even after the repair. A valid explanation cannot even be provided as to why the dryer cannot fully complete its long cycles.
My Husband had my engagement ring made with Craig Marks in 2012. This year I had the option to re-design it. I received my ring back today and I am extremely happy with the end product. Not only did I receive a beautiful ring, but the service and entire journey with Devin was nothing short of exceptional. He constantly kept me up to speed and was so patient with my constant changes and indecisiveness at times. Devin, you are an asset to Craig Marks. I cannot thank you enough for making this journey so easy. I will recommend this company to anyone! God bless you all!
We recently ordered a Couch online and called to enquire about delivery. We were told that someone would call us back, however no one did. Called again, repeatedly asking the very same thing, but no one seems to be able to give us an answer which I find quite pathetic. If we had known this would be the case we’d never have made the purchase with them. I will let everyone know just how terrible their customer service is and even request a refund. Your service is ridiculous!
I decided to grab some Steers (Croydon) this evening for dinner and was served the worst Steers meal I’ve had in my life. Will never go back there ever again, and will not recommend it to anyone. I’ve taken pictures of what our burgers looked like and it was appalling - unfortunately I was not able to attach the photos. Extremely unhappy about this purchase!
For Christmas Eve my husband and I decided to have Simply Asia for dinner and were very ecstatic to finally enjoy some good Thai food. (Somerset Mall). However when our food arrived, at first sight the starters looked more than a week old. Tasting it was even worse after being so hyped. Their dumplings were barely edible and mains were just unpleasant. We spent R380 on 2x starters, 2x mains and 1x kiddies meal. None of it was worth it and we definitely won’t be going back!
