PLEASE CAN TELKOM Explain why do they charge me R202.70 for an unpaid debit order that was deducted on the 25th and manually paid on the 26th March 202. My monthly premium is R269.00 I changed banking details and you can't change banking details. The debit order is now R750 which gets deducted on the 16th of the month. My complaint is 1. If my billing cycle is 1 to 30 don't i have till the 6th to make the payment 2. how do you charge new subscription for 1 payment.
