All the time when I buy my meals. The is no catchup. I need to ask for it. The staff never pays attention to what goes with a meal.
I've never experience something like this before. But PSA has great 👍🏾 services ever & i won't change from it.
Service is very poor. The staff runs around like they don't know what they are doing. They always mix up customers orders. Waiting period for food is very long. Their communication skills to wards each other is also poor. They shout at each other infront of customers.
I was assisted well by Ayanda Mbambo. She did a good job.
I like their level of experience and how they simplify their products to their clients.
This Branch sells fake stuff. i bought a service kit last week Sunday. today the plugs they sold to me killed the Catalyst of my car. now i have to spend more money to fix my car because of fake plugs they gave me. i spent R200 for them
The Capitec Bank Security system for our accounts is not secured. The is a Company called GETACTIVE.SITE that's busy doing online purchases. On the 13/07/2022, R34.39 went out from my account. On the 16/07/2022, R382,56 plus the charge fee of R3 went out of my account. I didn't do any online purchase or register anything with the company. Can Capitec try to improve their security system when it comes to our money. I'll wait for my reimbur*****t.
