So this company is based in KZN Richard's Bay and were elected and instructed by the seller to handle the transfer of their property. Poor communication skills and you need to constantly reach out to them to get progress update, they can't even do a simple thing of acknowledging a receipt of an email. Let's not talk about returning a call. Part of the transfer costs is postage and petties which are meant for such. Because they are based in KZN they had to transfer documents to a Conveyancer in PTA to facilitate the signing of transfer documents. That alone took ages only to find out the Conveyancer mixed up our documents. Let alone letting us know why the long wait. It's so frustrating having to pay for such incompetencies.
My appointment was booked for 9h10, got there at 7h45 and was made to stand on a queue for 2 hours before being assisted. Took pictures and then waited again for 3 hours for the cashier to assist with payment. The booking system is not relevant, the staff issue out tickets to their friends using back doors, the guy who was behind me got a ticket that was 14 times behind mine. Only when you get to the counters where they ask for confirmation but security guard is never concerned who booked and who didn't. The queues went outside the gate however only 2 personnel and 2 cashiers were assisting at the counters.
Booked a Lapa 3 months prior the date and got to the resort, queued for 3 hours for the tickets and later told they were sold out. What is the whole point of booking if I'm not even going to get an entry to the resort.
