So rude! The paralegal has **** and said that I have made agreements to wait for the sale of a purchasers property when I have never done so and then proceeded to argue with me when I ask them to produce the evidence of this. Please I encourage anyone to exercise their right to use their own firm when making a sale and the agency recommends them.

I had a bond cancellation with Kloppers Incorporated and the entire cancellation process went so smoothly that the cancellation has been done and now i am awaiting my title deed. I was informed every step of the way on the progress of the cancellation. I was not asked for certified copies of anything because the Absa Bank sent them instructions to cancel and i just had to email copies of the requirements and all went well. very satisfied.

So this company is based in KZN Richard's Bay and were elected and instructed by the seller to handle the transfer of their property. Poor communication skills and you need to constantly reach out to them to get progress update, they can't even do a simple thing of acknowledging a receipt of an email. Let's not talk about returning a call. Part of the transfer costs is postage and petties which are meant for such. Because they are based in KZN they had to transfer documents to a Conveyancer in PTA to facilitate the signing of transfer documents. That alone took ages only to find out the Conveyancer mixed up our documents. Let alone letting us know why the long wait. It's so frustrating having to pay for such incompetencies.

This is the most inefficient firm. They have failed to transfer a property from May 2017 until now. Instead of doing their task they want us to pay more money claiming that expenses have gone up. If they had transferred this property within three months after being appointed by Standard bank ansd paid by us as the Conveyancing Attorneys they would not be asking us to pay for the delay for their own inefficiency.
