hi I had a delivery from Shein and Skynet was allocated as the courier . lhe young lady with a fancy car pitches up at my gate so i stood at my entrance to ask if i can help so she says "COME HERE" delivery from Shein. i told her to please get off the car as another gentleman was seated in the passenger seat and he also told me that they are not allowed as per Skynet express to get off from their vehicles, so I told her that that was the most disgusting excuse which i ever heard from a courier company as i alway get stuff delivered to me for online shopping. I asked them to leave with the parcel, then the gentleman gets off to apologise and thereafter the lady who was the driver gets off to apologise telling me not to complain about the incident which means she is doing this all the time but nobody complains. I called Skynet escalation and it was just an apology stating that it was not their instructions for them not to get off their vehicle. I told her not to come to me with her fancy car and show me her attitude because she has a job which she is being paid for, its not a free delivery. her name was Precious and my shipment no. 714410169126. i have never seen such a arrogant person and a youngster speak to elderly citizens like she did. no greeting the customer, nothing at all but just attitude and then all the apologies, which i did not accept. Shein always sends friendly staff from Buffalo to deliver, this was my first delivery from Skynet. the attitude of Precious is absolutely disgusting and i asked her never to do my deliveries anymore and mentioned this to Skynet as well. she is too young and well dressed so she thinks she is the boss whilst the customers must go to her. i have dangerous dogs so i did not open the gate so i asked her to get off and give me the parcel which she refused. where do youll find people like this to tarnish your reputation.

hi I usually pay my MTN account via EFT every month and is paid to date the 30/04/2024 and when i called them on the 30/04/2024 a lady Thembekile Xulu mentioned to me that i am 90 days in arrears but she was very helpful but i did mention that i was not pleased with the service and them telling me that i am in arrears as i am not. i sent her all my proof of payments for the monies to be allocated so definitely somebody is not doing their job in finance. i called back and a very rude lady Vivian Mkhabele took my call at customer care and i did tell her that this was bull**** accusing me of being in arrears, she blatantly told me to stop swearing or she will end the call and i told her to do so and she ended the call. what disgusting service from MTN and such rude customer care consultants. i have this contract with them for years now
I previously sent a complaint about the disgusting service I am receiving from makro on line. The matter was not resolved so I logged a return. To date my parcel has not been picked up. On the 12.13.2023 the driver from the courier guy called me asking if my parcel is ready for collection and this was after 5pm then he ran out of airtime so I called him back. He asked me how many boxes so I told him 3 then he rep**** that he does not have space in his bakkie for 3 boxes. I called makro and complained but no response. The driver from the courier guy told me he will pick up at 9am on the 13.12.2023. I waited until 9.40am and called him he says he doesn't have space again so I asked for his company number and he says he doesn't know the number I must check on the way bill. WHAT BULL****
Hi My order MAK5574558. I ordered online a set of 2 swivel bar stools x 3 sets Which is 6 chairs. My order was done prior to black friday and a delivery was done with a sticker on a box stating I box short at joburg hub and to date I must have called over 5 times and the only answer I get that it's been escalated. The boxes have not been opened as per instructions given to me by a makro online agent. I called yesterday as well 07.12.23 but same answer been escalated. I need my shortfall or will log a return and a refund thereafter . I'm once again very disappointed with makro as I'm a regular online shopper from makro. I received an email from the ops department asking if I received my order and yet I'm continuously telling them there is a shortfall. Now what else do I have to say ???? Nisha Behairylall
My order number Chk 2935 I ordered a full chicken cut into 8 pieces on the 20th May 2023 which costed me R251.50 but half the chicken was not fresh because I always buy from this takeaway in signet terrace lenasia. I called them and spoke to Sizza and told her that I will report this to hellopeter. Then the owner Sohail Sattar called me giving me his stories that I should report and send the entire meal on exchange for another. My family already started to eat but the chicken was stiff like a day old chicken just warmed on the grill and sold Sohail tells me I don't understand what he's explaining to me so I cut the call on him and he tried to call me back twice but I didn't take his call. I don't have time to explain continously but he needs to serve fresh food that I paid for and i don't need a free meal thereafter but just do the right thing the first time and stop serving your left overs from the previous day. Every single thing is charged for with extra sauce is R30 more which I paid ad this is the 2nd time around. I usually say that I want freshly prepared chicken and this was a phone order
I am very fond of Nandos meals as they are spicy so yesterday the 10/04/2023 i took my grandchildren out and we stoppped at Nandos Broad Acres to grab a meal. we ordered for over R 300.00 and then my grandson who is 11 months who was also hungry and Nandos don't serve any baby meals so KFC was just a few metres away so my husband popped into KFC to get a mash and gravy for the baby. the waitress came to us at Nandos whilst i started feeding the baby that KFC is not allowed in their restaurant as it is a halal restaurant and i must take the child outside and feed him, how cruel is this as the weather was bad but they refused for us to sit inside due to it being a halal restaurant. is only halal customers supporting Nandos. I did not take any chicken inside but a small mash and gravy. do they have halal staff working and preparing the food? the answer is no. I eat pork but I can sit in Nandos and have a meal which is haram for the muslim community so why are they allowing non muslims and using them to build their business? they need to only allow muslims who eat halal in their restaurant, this is the most disgusting statement I have ever heard. maybe Nandos Broad Acres must put a notice outside that non muslims are not allowed in their restaurants and see how much business they get. they are taking our cash yet we are not muslims so we asked for a refund and left as I cannot support such ungrateful owners. they have inside seating for about max 10 people or else you must sit outside even its inclement weather. they need to get halal staff as well. this owner thinks he is based in Sandton so what, he is still using non halal staff and customers to make money.
Just wanted to applaud Makro for their efficient service and prompt delivery I am receiving now after my previous complaint regarding the delay in my delivery. Thank you to the Makro team
I made a booking at the roadlodge capetown international for check in 3rd Feb check out 6th Feb for my 2 Young daughters. They departed lanseria airport @ 20h20 going to Capetown. No confirmation of booking was sent to me and when they got to road lodge the booking was cancelled and they had to look for alternative accommodation at 23h00. Obviously anyone would be angry so the receptionist Moki threatened my daughter about opening a case against her as he had her ID number because she was rude. Who would not be at that time of the night. He said they don't send out confirmation and they don't have a manager when asked to speak to the manager. I called roadlodge on the morning of the 4th Feb.and the sweet lady put me through to the manager Zak. He told me they send out a proforma invoice for payment and if not paid the booking gets cancelled @ 16h00 automatically. Definitely somebody is not doing their job and Moki needs to be disciplined. I am awaiting feedback from Zak as to what transpired. Zak could not comment of the behaviour of Moki. I can report him for being vulgar to ladies.
I purchased over 80 bottles of still water for my use to drink which was on black friday the 25/11/2022 but to date the 03/12/2022 my order has not been delivered and the call centre only says that the matter has been escalated and the this order was supposed to be delivered within 2 to 5 days. I need the water but nobody at makro can give me any answers as the order is packed but still in the store.
