HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM VODACOM FIBRE
@Vodacom Fibre, the worst service ever. It has been 7 days with no internet connection and noone seem to care, I am the one who keeps phoning to follow up and then they tell me they are waiting for a Nokia consultant to come and check the connection but they say they do not know the turn around time. NO ONE CARES I want to know when will this be fixed and I hope I will not be charged for Vodacom's incompetence.

Amazing Sabie River Bush Lodge
What an amazing place, safe, secure, beautiful, clean, extremely friendly staff, surprise car wash daily. Amazing view, I absolutely enjoyed my time there and looking forward to going back again. Value for money👌

Horrible customer service at Woolworths
What is the use of Woolworths having customer service if they cannot help you instore and ask you to use the App and send an email knowing that noone will respond to your email anyway? I sent an email on the 11th till today I have not received any response let alone an acknowledgement of receipt of my email. This has seriously put doubt in my mind, I was clearly wrong to think Woolworths had good customer service. Even the way the teller spoke to me in Centurion mall it was appalling.

Standard Bank does not value long standing relationships with customers
I cannot believe that I have been a very loyal customer of Standard Bank since 2003 and when I want to open a professional account they have an issue. I mean not everyone is fortunate enough to graduate straight after school. Some of us had to work very hard in order to send ourselves to school and only later we are able to graduate. Now just because I am not of their ideal age I cannot get the professional account even though I have been their customer for so many years? It is such things that make me not want to ever say anything nice about a company, same thing that makes me not ever want to recommend it to anyone else. I am disappointed

Rude staff at the Centurion Mall Totalsports
Sipho the supervisor and the cashier Ezakeil were so rude to us at thr Centurion Mall branch so much so that we returned what we had purchased and vowed never to shop there again. How can people at the store be so rude to customers? Does Total Sports not provide customer service training?
