If I could give NO stars, I would. PATHETIC technical support. Perhaps it's the move to 100% "work from home". Tried to call several times, the last time I was over #80 in the queue and I estimated 6 hours. Tried the "let's chat" and finally got a response 4 hours later, to which I provided info, and nothing for the next 15 minutes. They don't answer calls, don't reply to emails, just shove you into the endless queue. I'm at the point where I no longer care about the hassle of changing my damn email address. Judging by the comments obnline I am not alone. And neither MWeb nor WebAfrica seem to care.
Website is down, claim they are about to relaunch. So far all my attempts to contact them have failed and I want my money. It smells like they've done a runner. Anyone have any useful contact details ?
Interesting to see them furiously defending themselves here. And making false claims. I have made one successful cash out. The second one they refer to is the one "pending" since August 2024. Nobody believes their excuses. It's time to get the Commercial Crimes unit involved.
If I could give no stars I would. I have been waiting for over 6 months for a cashout payment. Emails elicit nothing but excuse after feeble excuse. I don't believe any of their stories about payment system problems.
If I could give them zero, I would. I've been asking for an invoice for tickets bought and used for a month now. Several messages via their website, several emails to "help", which is the only direct email address they didn't manage to hide. Not even an acknowledgement, never mind an invoice. Pathetic service. I will never use them again, I'd rather drive.
Hellopeter frantically deleting adverse reviews of this "business" for "defamatory" content LoL. Ok, here's a reload with ONLY the facts. Ordered an Apple TV 10/10/19, paid by EFT on 11/10/19 as instructed, they confirmed payment from "Customer Care" agent "Bronwyn Weiner" on 11/11/19 saying "you should receive your order in 2-3 working days". Since then NOTHING except for an email saying "One of our agents will endeavour to provide a response within 48 hours" on 22/10/19. No goods, no refund, no reply to a single email or WhatsApp. Website is down, GoDaddy's not interested, I've left it to the bank and SAPS. So, reader, make up your own mind about how trustworthy they are. Hellopeter clearly can't.
Alas, I now join the growing queue of people who have been scammed by these thieves. Ordered an Apple TV 3 weeks ago, paid the next day, confirmed same day by "Bronwyn Wiener" and since then....SILENCE - except for a response a week ago to my angry inquiry, saying "we are experiencing high contact volumes. One of our agents will endeavour to provide a response within 48 hours" from "The Team". No doubt that was to stop me from digging further. Proper scam, this. There's absolutely no chance that it isn't. My understanding is the account I paid into is/was ( it's probably been cleaned out already) in the name of Candice Johannes. Godaddy.com website, "under maintenance", I could kick myself it's so obvious. Off to SAPS. For what it's worth, which ain't much...

This "call centre" scam has been listed before and is still operating from ********** 700. They called a number listed on my account (family member) asking for my details. Clearly you have done nothing about it.
