Wrong size delivery by Furniturespot.
Recently bought a king bed, and they delivered a king extra long. Contacted them twice and was promised that the problem will be sorted out. Store manager called and made a promise to come back to me. Still waiting, no contact has been made. I actually explained to them that the reason why I bought a standard king bed was because I already bought a king mattress. As it is now, I'll be forced to incur an extra cost buying a new mattress to fit their bed, or else I'll have to live with a bed which has some space at the back, because the mattress is short. In addition, I'll be stuck with a mattress which I cannot use or be forced to purchase another bed which will fit the available mattress. And by the way, the available mattress costed me approximately R12000.

Excellent service
Placed my first order for for 4 ink cartridges and a printer on Sunday night. All delivered within promised timeframe of 1-3 working days, and all in working order. First 3 cartridges delivered on day 1, printer delivered on day 2, last cartridge delivered on day 3. In addition, prices are quite competitive.
