Complaint against MrWashline
This is to lay a complaint against Mr Washline head office based in Cape Town and the agency based in Rand burg. I had to go view their products at the agency. When I entered through their electrical gate, the gate closed whilst I was not fully inside the yard. In seeing this I quickly reversed so that I can try to avoid the slam but the gate was too quick and it bumped the side front side of my car.<br> The company needs to take liability for the damages on my car. It is their agency property and they should have made sure that their equipment works properly

Company never showed up for installation
I contacted Mr. Washline in September 2015 because the washline that we bought and installed ourselves from a hardware store was constantly coming out of its hinges and had to be constantly repaired. So we decided to buy washlines from Mr. Washline and have them professionally installed. I spoke to Shereen who sent me an invoice and said they would come in about 2 weeks to do the installation. The Wednesday came and no one came. I called in the afternoon to asked what happened and Shereen said that they tried to call me but there was no response. I said there must have been a mistake because I didn't get any missed calls. Besides, why did they have to call if we already had an appointment? She said since they have no idea exactly when they would arrive, they always call to verify that someone was home. Otherwise they don't come. So I verified my cell phone number again and rescheduled for the next week. The next week, no show. I called and again the same story. They couldn't reach me, which I know now cannot be true. This happened two more times and then, not knowing what else to do, I gave up and we just keep repairing the old lines. Mr Washline obviously doesn't need any business

Great Product and Service
I ordered a washline for R800 (incl delivery) and it arrived in Pretoria from Cape Town the next evening<br> <br> I was impressed with the guys driving all the way from Cape Town and arriving so soon, for R160.<br> <br> I was very impressed with the packaging. It was thoroughly wrapped in polystyrene felt and there was no way it could be damaged in transit.<br> <br> All the fittings were included and I installed it early the next morning and started using it immediately. It was very easy to install with the instructions included in proper English (not Chinglish for a change!)<br> <br> It looks great, is high quality, delivered fast and affordably, works well, thoroughly designed (they have solved all the rusting and bending issues by using high quality stainless fasteners and powder coating strong tubing ), easy to install and very competitively priced, compared to all imports in your local home improvement store.<br> <br> And it is locally designed and manufactured. I would thoroughly recommend everyone with washing and a wall to install a folding line from Mr Washline.<br>
