Good day, to whom it may concern, I bought my first pair of Nano X on Saturday (27/02/2020) - I actually bought two pairs for me and my partner - I drove all the way to Sandton City to purchase them which is 2 hours away from where I live. Today is the 2nd day of training and my outer sole is already coming off (please see attached pictures) ?? I think this is super unacceptable since they really are quite expensive. I still have the original box but not the slip - although you can see on my banking app the amount, place and date purchased. I can not just drive there again to exchange it since it's quite far. Please help since I really do want to enjoy your product - but thus far it has let me down. Kindest regards Marelie van der Merwe
Sent an email but no reply as yet. On the 26 th of January I bought a jar of garlic (please see attached picture), from Baillie Park Spar in Potchefstroom. I used a bit yesterday but as I scooped oit some I wanted to use today there was a green jellylike blob of who knows what. Also attached a picture. This is unacceptable. Someone in my family could've swallowed it and gotten rrally sick. I also pay the extra money for your products because I am assured of quality, and now this. I am very dissapointed - please check your contents before selling them to customers !!!
I was at Mooirivier Mall's total sports at about 16:00 today. I picked up clothing for me and my partner. I wanted to pay with his account card ( I have done so numerous times in the past ) I had his full permission - his account card, his ID everything. The ladybat the counter very nicely told me that she just had to check with her manager if I am allowed to purchase the items with his card. I said no problem and waited patiently, as I have done this 1000 times already. The manager came to me didn't greet me nothing. He handled me as if I was a criminal and said I am not allowed to purchase my items (the items were about R400). I nicely asked whyband he just started interrogating me. He asked me where my partner was and I told him that he was at work. Me and my partner both work so I just quickly slipped out of work because I needed a few essential items - my partner could not join me as he works from 7AM - 7PM everyday. I said he could call my partner and he just got more rude by the second. As I tried to explain he just said a blunt no and turned around and walked away. This is umacceptable. The managers cutomer service was absolutely horrible. He made such a scene that everyone who was in the shop probably think that I am a criminal now. The helpers in the shop is supposed to look up to their manager.
I would give it -100 stars if I could ! During lockdown I depend on my WIFI because I work from home. I actually upgraded from a 5MB line to a 10 MB line. I am unable to do any work with regards to the pathetic internet I am actually fetting but regardless I still pay for the 10MB line. I called them about 4 times and every single time they just log a ticket. This has taken them a week to log about 4 tickets and still none of my problems are solved ! Do not waste your time or money with this pathetic company !
The service is absolutely pathetic. I have been waiting more than 2 weeks for someone to contact me for installation - everytime I call them to have updates, It’s like I have never spoken to the company in my life. They have no recollection of what was previously discussed. I will never reccomemd them to anyone. I am so disgusted in their service, I would mich rather support big companies like Telkom and Vodacom and pay much more than support local companies with bad service. You get what you pay for.
