Telkom is *****ing from us!! They debit your account before the stipulated time that you have given them. Then the debit order come back unpaid and your service gets disconnected for a whole darn month but the customers need to pay for that month! On top of it they debit your account only for half the debit amount!!!! Now who is to blame for this... Telkom or the customer? When the customer saus debit the account on the last day of each month what does that mean?? After numerous calls to make sure my account is sorted out and the debit dates is reflected they still does the same thing month's in a row and you have no wifi no connection but you need to pay! This is ******* seriously. Customers please beware they are *****ingfrom us.
Barnard Today, 15 Jan 2019 and still no sign of any payments made to me as the member for claims submitted to De is about 4 months back. Apparently Citibank is still cancelling a cheque from the 4th of January 2019, that was never posted in the first place. So it takes Citibank 11 days to cancel a cheque. The best Denis can do is phoning me to tell me Citibank still did not come back to them.... I guess thats Citibank for you. Is cancelling a cheque by a bank really such a lengthy difficult process?
I am very unhappy with the lack of services from Denis. My daughter needed orthodontist treatment but i need to pay prior to any specialists can assess or work. I learned that Denis could not access my banking details as it is not on your system after a being a member to this medical aid for a number of years. After having to wait for 3 months for a authorisation number for my daughter I had to phone a number of times to get this number. Then I had to pay thousands of Rands before the specialists could even start with their work. When I submitted my claims an incompetent claims capturer failed to open the attachment which included my claims. This resulted me in having to resubmit the claims after back and forth calls to Denis. Now another 2month later I once again had to phone just to be informed that my banking details is not on the system and the cheque that was supposed to be posted to me is still not dispatched. Dnt see how thats possible seeing that I am a member of Bonitas and they can see my banking details on system. Another month later and R10000 owing to me Ive still not received my money, but bonitas still collecting their money from my bank account every month. Pathetic service id say. They stealing my kids money from them!
