Fantastic service. Phoned Hyper Doors at 12:44. Just 2 hours later, very helpful, friendly, and professional technicians arrived to sort out my problem!
Motion Fitness Worcester and the bigger company, in general, is the worst fitness group in the country. No maintenance is being done. The state of the gym is shocking. Black mold etc. If it wasn't for a private company the squash courts would be in a worse condition. I have lots of photos to show the state of the place. They need to sell the gym or start doing maintenance. Why do we pay membership fees, if they don't do anything? Pathetic
2 of the 3 squash courts have been badly redone last year December and have holes in the main wall and paint peeling. The 3rd squash court is in a terrible state now for more than a year. Black mold, peeling paint etc. Shocking how they like to collect fees each month, but does no maintenance.
This is possibly the worst courier company in South Africa. All the agents promise to phone back, no one does. Desrine, Jarmaine etc. According to makro my parcel was picked up by 24 Dec at 14:02. But after complaining and moaning to the DSV agents, it was only picked up yesterday 8 Jan. Desrine hinted that the parcel wasn't scanned in and on the floor and they will have to go look for it. I have begged for feedback, but as DSV has zero customer service, no one has bothered to phone me back. it is unbelievable how useless they are. How hard it is to get a package from CPT to Worcester. We send people to space in shorter times. Why does Makro use such a pathetic company? The worst thing about courier is they never ever take responsibility. It is never their fault.
1. Makro's website shows me the order is complete, when the order hasn't been delivered yet. They blame in on DSV (which is a usless courier). According to makro the parcel was picked up by DSV on the 24 of Dec. According to DSV it was only picked up on the 8th of Jan. My problem with makro is their lack of responsibility for parcels being shipped with them. Their shocking website that doesn't track deliveries. I will never be able to order online with Makro. It is just such a pathetic experience. I ordered on the 21 Dec. Still waiting.
