I bought a car at BMW Vereeniging on January 21st, 2025. I asked the salesperson (Innocent Khasebe) about the condition of the car because I did not want to spend anything on it for a few months. Two weeks later, I picked up a few issues, including a noisy sunroof, noisy aircon, frog light not working, and worn brake pads and discs (this was after taking the car to BMW Bloemfontein). I reported the issues to the the salesperson, who said I should bring it in at their dealership because they can do the repairs at a cost price. I went in and they expected me to pay the full 32k quote that they gave me even after I pointed out that the car they gave me came with those issues/defects. I spoke to Christo Coetzee (preowned sales manager), who said they would assist, instead, they have been avoiding my calls since. They don't sell quality. My lawyers are busy writing to the ombudsman.
CarWatch. I got a call from Michael Lijo. Very professional. Big up
I just spoke to Tshepiso Moeti, one of the consultants. I am super happy with his services. He explained the policy and answered all questions I had.
I bough a number of shelf companies from Company Partners and the services was without issues. I was the one to actually delay the process with incomplete required documents needed. Their prices are way too reasonable and i like the list of services on the website(attached with prices instead of inquiring every time. I was assigned a great consultant, whom i am to contact every time i need anything instead of calling the switchboard for a consultant. The consultants are too quick to get back to you if you called in for them. The website is very user-friendly and it allows you to track the progress of your services. They are reasonably fair on the turn around time, as other services require them to deal with other companies, like CIPC.
