We met there for a quick drink after work and I must say that I really like the laid back atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and all were wearing PPE, the place is also perfectly situated for a quick after work drink without being inside the busy Tygervalley centre. Worth a visit
Anyone should rather stay away, after going to a physical store to pay my last bill and asking to cancel the contract....I got told that you cannot cancel in store (what flaming BS). Then after speaking to consultants that cannot help you (they were just offering me the chance to take more of my money) with the request, you really dig online to cancel your contract and they make it as difficult as possible to do so (I still cannot find anything and their Forums/FAQ is not working). They now are billing me monthly even though I do not use their service and I feel like this is purposefully done...Just after COVID...we have nothing and you take the little we have left...GFY
OK, so this is yet another review where Telkom is unable to help with a simple line move. I have yet to get any satisfaction in this regard and the 'help' offered from their representative here is not working. I have sent mails to multiple Telkom addresses and spent hours on the phone so far with no end in sight....They keep saying they will get back to me and never do. I then wanted to see if this is just that they are overloaded but when I applied (via a friend) for a new line...they were very quick to try and set it up...To ANYONE that does not like unwanted waits, aggravation and loss of sleep (not to mention monetary loss seeing as I trade and work from home)....STAY AWAY from any Telkom product...They are USELESS
Ok, so I am joining the ever growing amount of people that are fed up with Telkom service delivery. I have been trying to move my Fibre line for around 5 weeks now and no joy... - The link on your site is broken to move my line - The link on your app does not work (says that someone will contact me but they never do) - The 10213 number has numerous times now told me someone will get back to me and no one does - The 10213@telkom.co.za mailbox is full and keeps returning my mail. I am in a situation where I have moved out of a residence, someone else has moved in and now they cannot activate their internet due to mine still not being moved. I tried something and called to set up a new account...low and behold someone was on the line instantly willing to take more money but no one is there for your "after sales service" I am upset and am turning to socials on various platforms to raise my concerns.
Extremely disappointed, I wish I could give no stars Not only do they not give you a time for deliveries, they also do not phone to reconfirm. Every single other courier company that we use has that as standard operating procedure. Then after phoning and hving the phone put down on me multiple times, I get put on hold for indefinite periods. Get your act together
