This is a **** company, I purchased 10 barcodes on Thursday the 9th of January 2025, I received my invoice on the 10th and contacted them telephonically, and was advised by a Derek, that the barcodes would be received by me in a 3 - 4 hour window period so meaning no later than lunchtime on Friday the 10th. This morning at the time of this report, we have still not received any barcodes, and when we try to contact them telephonically there is no answer and there is also no response to emails. Be warned if you choose to use them as the chances are good you are wasting money as you do not get the barcodes purchased.
After placing a substantial order, well by my standards, and paying for it at the time of checkout, besides the fact that I received a email confirming my order has been received and will be processed, a week later, I have not yet received my order or had further communication. On trying to contact them the phone is answered by a recording telling you that their support desk will call you back and after numerous calls to them still not one callback or response to emails sent. Starting to think that these are elite **** artists.
What is OUTsurance's issue, they insist on calling us on a daily basis using forceful selling techniques, which we as a company will not fall for. To my disgust this morning a "Nadine" calls us and after refusing to listen to our request tells us that she needs to get her manager on the line in order to cancel our vehicle insurance. Our request to her was quite simple, we are not yet ready to make any changes to any of our insurances, what we would look at is getting a valuator out to assist us in assessing what insurance we would need to look at keeping everything under one umbrella. She then proceeds to inform us that they will be cancelling vehicle insurances from the 4th of May, she has to cancel our insurance if we do not take any other products. REALLY ***.
Biggest bunch of Scammers - Products that are out of stock they don't give you an option to change and then still debit you the full value of the basket, my out of stocks are in excess of R300 I am seriously going to see if I can lay charges of theft and fraud against them. Then they don't have the decency to even respond. Thank heavens for Checkers 60 sixty, honest company to do business with last time I ever use Pick n Pay again
Your service is put it in the nicest way possible, totally pathetic and non existant. I have contacted your call centre today after receiving a second message advising that delivery was unsuccessful, when I have had someone sitting at the delivery address for 4 days waiting for the delivery of this card. I spoke to Karabo who committed that the card was out on delivery, very apologetically and promised to contact the driver and phone back within 30 minutes. Needless to say no call was received and no missed calls and surprise surprise no card received either Tonight I receive another message: FNB :-) CCD Couriers were not able to deliver your FNB Premier Cheque Card due to your unavailability .Call ********** 028 With Ref FRB******* to re-schedule . Delivery fees may apply .FNB-div of FRB Ltd. UNAVAILIBITY – Were you even here to deliver, why was the cell number or the third parties cell phone number called. This is totally unacceptable……. I expect a call from CCD management explaining this and I expect delivery of my card by no later than the 11th of January 2019.
