Makro online is pathetic for its service. They are selling a third party sellers item. The item says it is in stock. I pay a big amount of money. 1 day later they cancel my order and say theres no stock. And they refund me and then tell me when they wish to pay me back 21 days later. 14 business days because its their policy. I never broke the agreement. I never received an item that i asked to send back and refund. I did not even get an item but i must now be held accountable and not have my money that i budgeted to get the item and now i wont have the item for the upcoming event that is in few days. If they sent me my money back immediately then ok. But now i must wait 21 days. Thats ridiculous. I emailed to dispute being angry to wait 21 days. Spent longer than an hour on a call. Customer service is completely stupid and told me il get my money in 2 to 5 days maximum. Its 4 days now. I called again speaking to another agent. They said that agent **** to me and i said yes she did lie to me just to get me off the call because it was close to 5 pm the second time i called probably to logoff and go home. Makro app is pathetic. I will never buy from there again and it was my first time. Takealot is better. Makro refund process is a **** to hold onto my money. I tried to escalate my refund matter with a supervisor and manager but nobody wanted to help and insisted i just wait for my refund as its automated refund and the accounts department cant speed it up. Why cant they just pay me so i can shop somewhere else. I can collect the money inside makro store even. Theres enough money there to collect it personally so i can buy what i need somewhere else immediately. This is now giving me stress and just making my life difficult. They dont even apologise or offer me a considerable gift voucher to say sorry. Its not my fault that makro and the app and third party messed up but i must suffer.
Biggest **** vape online shop! Dont waste your time and money on them! You wont get your products. Your money will be gone. They will block you after they get what they want and give you nothing! STAY AWAY!

Extremely dissatisfied with the safety of Fnb bank. They tell me to send my problem to NCC that i did in May 2023. It is 13 August 2023 today. National Complaints Commission. I still did not get any feedback. I still dont have my money. No recovery of lost funds and i have to patiently wait for them to resolve the issue and hope and pray they return my money soon even though i highly know they froze the money but playing on my time not to send my money back. I have been patient enough. Other investors of Absa and Capitec, many of their funds has been returned and their clients atleast feel assured that if any problems occur. That other banks will protect you and resolve issues with good feedback. Why is FNB slow. Why is NCC slow. It is their reckless banking that caused my money to be ****** from the pmp mining investment opening bank accounts through fnb and fnb not keeping track of who they are and where they are and fnb not making sure no bad people are doing business and endangering their clients. I thought safety was of a high priority. Fnb must not shift blame and take responsibility of their negligence and pay back my money. Why must i suffer and wait for my money. I demand a conclusion and my money to be paid immediately. Fnb is harming people by not ensuring safety to their clients. And now that money is ******. Now i must just carry on and suffer and hope they resolve the issue without shifting blame and wasting more time.
I have logged a ***** case early this year but no one has contacted me. The service is appalling. Other clients who were ****med along with me has been paid out by their banks. Here i am following up about progress only to be ignored.
Dont give marco snell any money. Dont hire him to take on your job. He is a thief and a conman and is very rude and swore at me for asking my money back. He demands 70% deposit. I paid upfront in full. He never comes out to do the job. He makes lies and excuses everytime to come out for the job and or to return the money because he is unable to do the job.he says he wont ever do the job. He promises he wont pay me back after telling him to pay back the money. He say he used the money and needed the money to pay his workers. He is full of excuses. He never came out ever and never paid back any of my monies. Speedy garage doors should not exist and marco snell the owner should be caught and sent to prison and get him to pay me back in full. He is a rubbish to society.

I still did not get any of my hardware such as my router and sim and flash drive and other items after 2 months of fighting with telkom to give me internet service and of which the items that should be delivered. Iv been trying to get internet from telkom since october 2018. My first attempt to get telkom internet. I applied online. Then someone callled the same day.they can easily advertise and call but dont deliver their service easy and proffesionally as promised. Up till now i can easily say iv called about 20 times. And spent atleast 10 hours on the phone in total up till now . They said they confirmed my first application online and read out my terms and conditions and asked for authorisation and or the questions to confirm im the owner. They said i should wait 2 weeks. 3 weeks later after waiting. I call in. They say they have no record of my application. I called in a second time to apply. I wait another week. As i was promised i will recieve my hardware and service will be running by the next week. I still didn recieve anything. I was again promised for the 7 january 2019 to receive my hardware and it is now the 11 january 2019. I have no internet and no router and no other stuff but im sure i will be billed for internet without a router. Is telkom even a company? Do they exist? Why dont they deliver service as promised? Why did i cancel with mweb? I was with them for 9 years and everything with delivered to me within 3 days and 1 quick call. I regret cancelling mweb to go to the hopeless waste of my good time and energy and stressful telkom. I wont even rate it 1 star. It shouldnt get any stars at all ever.
