When installing a new gate motor that was replacing a Lightning strike occurrence, this small company went out of their way to ensure that everything was in tip-top state. They replaced wiring that looked a bit worn, cleaned up all connections and in general did a fantastic job. Can recommend them fully and with confidence and #SupportLocal
While driving along Beyers Naude, my was rammed from the rear. Within less than 3 minutes, because a collision report was activated by the on-board sensors, a very courteous and knowledgeable tow-truck driver arrived on the scene. At that stage Vincenzo Wilhase from Discovery had already activated all the necessary protocols to have our car taken to the indicated panel-beaters. Thank you
In early April I called Telkom to advise them that the telephone pole in our yard had fallen down and that it was a cause of concern for safety. Besides waiting for 15-20 mins for someone to answer, I was assured that someone would call and fix. Four calls later, all with the reference number, - NOTHING! Called once more and was told that someone would be at our premises on Monday April 39th, and he came, saw and promised that Telkom would be there on Thurs 2nd May to fix - Zip! Nothing ! Nada! Further phone calls are ignored after quoting reference number. Investigation reveals that Telkom is discontinuing Technical service on LAndline infrastructure in 2020, but ignoring current problems. So any gardeners that come into my garden are putting their lives in danger by working in this area. Here is one of the photo's - now 6 months later! They are responsible for the wall damage and for the electronic alarm damage!
My daughter graduated in 1999. We never ordered the graduation photos at the time, due to some miscommunication! We found the passport-size samples of the photos, and took a chance to surprise our daughter, who has just had a birthday with the photos. We called and to our utter delight, found that the Photographers had not only kept the negatives, but reminded us that there were 2 years involved, 1999 and 2000 (for the second degree) When calling them, they listened patiently while we explained our needs, asked for an email (which we sent) and within 4 minutes we received an answer back that they have traced the photo negatives and would scan and email them shortly! We had an unfortunate duel experience with a washing machine vs Escom , where Escom won, and the washing machine lost.
