Firstly they say they open at 10am, but the don't answer and also a landline number that doesn't exist, very unprofessional, and no hygiene, when they file your nails they don't sanitise the equipment and they don't have proper acetone, they use very cheap remover which takes over an hour to do gel soak off. Will not refer anyone, absolutely disgusting.
We ordered a broad beans bunny on the 28 March 2026, they gave us curry that was gone off. The owners or Managers didn't even apologise, we will never refer family and friends.
Firstly I gave 1 star which they don't even deserve. This is Mtn Gateway Managed by Thevashen Govender . Salesperson Stephanie Ibrahim, whose the most rude and uncouth consultant I ever dealt with for the many years I have been with Mtn.I went to that store as I was in Gateway mall on the 22 March 2024, I spoke to her about what cellphone I wanted, she tried to assist me,but the system went offline, so I went back on 23 March she gave me the 2 cellphones A25. After I got the cellphone most of my stuff didn't get added on ,and it kept switching off while speaking. So I called her on 29th on her cell,she said she's day off,so I apologized Amy hubby, she said no problem we must come the next day which was 7th day, so I could change for another cellphone. My husband took me and we noticed a sticker which read 12.15 to 1.15pm prayer. So there was a consultant still in the store helping his client, he said Stephanie is on lunch, so my husband tried calling her she didn't answer, he was getting frustrated because she didn't notify us about the prayer time, an he needed to go back to work, so we left around 1pm coshe was getting late, then Stephanie called as we entered Reservoir hills, and my husband said we can't come back as he gt. work, so he asked her why didn't she inform us, then we wouldn't have come earlier. She started yelling at my husband and said why he didn't make an appointment with her, and it's people like him that spoilt her day cos she was fasting, she also said that it was not her or her father that made the cellphone, she was screaming and talking, my husband cut the. Call on her.Up to now no Manager called me and apologized for a cheap behavior. That store compared to Pavillion branch, had no chair for client to sit. You have to stand for over half an hour to sign your contract. I do not recommend anyone to take a contract with them. Even if you are desperate, rather go to another Mtn store like Pavillion, staff are always warm and welcoming with a smile.
A big shout out to Forever new, placed order on 22 April and my delivery came on 25th,,,Great delivery service, the courier guy was also absolutely pleasant. So I had to return items to gateway store and the lady was so pleasant,she was offline but did my return so quickly, she also tried to assist me if I wanted to look around to see if I liked anything else, very difficult to get such polite people these days.keep up the good work always.
Firstly wish has consultants with very poor knowledge of helping you resolve issues. I mistakely bought stuff on the 28th December, and few minutes later I requested for a full refund. Wish says they have your back and you don't have to worry shopping with them. They also say you have 8 hours before canceling. I canceled within 5 minutes and not a single consultant resolved my issue, instead they went ahead and processed ally orders. I sent tons of emails, but all in vain. Also their orders take for ever to reach you, not a good place to shop., sorry I'm a very dissatisfied customer.
